The staff are nice and friendly, the work is pretty easy, and they are always willing to help and teach. The hostel is, probably, the best I've ever been. It's always well cleaned and organized, lots of facilities (even a pool table, can you believe it? And it's free!!!), and we also have a generous breakfast :) I'd definitely stay longer or come back again, if I could. So, if you're thinking about it: just go. You won't regret it!

The hostel is well located, is cozy, the tasks are simple and you know exactly what to do, they are so respectful w/ the schedule, the breakfast it's AMAZING! (can improve the cheese politics), the bedroom it's ok and the common areas are really cool, the entire environment it's so chill and cheerful. This was the best experience I ever had volunteering in a hostel, enjoyed my time working with Stepan, Katarina & Ivona <3. The entire staff is awesome (Zoki NO), Kristina it's the best manager, LOVE HER. Thanks to everyone, my time here was "Super Dobro" will keep this place in my heart 4e

One of the best experiences of my life. Apart from the technical aspects of the hostel, in relation to the service, which has nothing to complain about, very attentive, helpful and caring people. Organized, clean, amazing breakfast, perfect location. I only have to say good thing about this place!

It's a cool place, the staff is friendly and easy going, the task are simple, the location fantastic, you'll be staying in a nice and private volunteer room. Zagreb have very good places to go and you'll be in a good mood in the hostel since is pretty chill. I wish the best to everyone from the staff, good team keep working. Hasta la proxima!

I spent a few weeks in the hostel and I felt completely welcome from the beginning. The staff is cool!.Specially Kristina, Mario, Stjepan and Filip. I worked with a nice team who appreciated my job. The shifts are short and easy depend how many guest are. Morning shift it pass quickly. Night shift you have to manage the task to make everything from the list that they give to you. The hostel is comfortable and well located. Breakfast was good enough and the kitchen got all the facilities you need. I really enjoyed my time there and I met people from around the world! Thank a lot guys!!

I really enjoyed working with the people that I did. The staff was really awesome (a special shoutout to Ivona and Filip; they were just the absolute best company). The work was a lot and I wish I had known that there was a school attached, but the experience was still good. It definitely taught me a lot about housekeeping and my ironing skills are beyond amazing. ;) It was unfortunate that I was unable to stay there longer as Zagreb still had a lot to offer and so did the amazing staff.

It was a nice experience. Basically the volunteers are cleaning assistants, so if you're ok with that, go for it! Most people from the reception are great (specially Marta). The cleaning people are cool as well, I've had a great relationship with them, mostly because of my high responsibility level, but they could be a little bit more organized (for 3 out of the 10 days I've worked I had chores that were already finished by the previous shift volunteer and for 2 days I've repeated the tasks, until we have created a communication system among the volunteers).

The hostel is very organize, clean, have a good breakfast and a nice coffee machine, chair massage, TV, and billiards. The staff room is quite big. The volunteers team made everything better. The job is easy, but poorly divided between the team. In general the volunteer is great and Zagreb is a lovely city. Marta is the best <3. Cheers
