The hostel is a gem! It is extremely cosy and feels like home. The volunteers quickly become family. You will meet tons of interesting people from all over the world. The surrounding mountains are stunning! Marzena is the kindest of hosts. She is very caring, you will be in good hands. The work is not difficult and you will have a lot of free time. I miss this place a lot <3

I read a lot of reviews about the hostel before, all of them was about how the hostel make you feel like home and now I can understand why! There's magic in GBL, it's like home since the first moment. Marzenna is so special, she's kind and warm, she cared about us a lot and made sure that we are enjoying our stay and feeling comfortable, I hope her the best in life, truly it's hard to find people special like her. Will definitely come back to volunteer or visit 🫶🏻

It was the best experience! GBL Hostel has a unique and special atmosphere. The nature around is breathtaking! Besides the opportunity to meet people from all over the world, it's also a perfect place to relax. The work is very easy and enjoyable. Marzena is a lovely host and always ensures you feel comfortable. I'm sure I'll come back here every year, more than once!! Wonderful place and wonderful people. I had an amazing time and was super glad this was my first Worldpackers experience! the hostel was the perfect cozy homey vibe that fosters conversations and relationships with the other volunteers and guests from around the world. Marzena was an amazing host who really took the time to show you the ropes and was always understanding and available whenever you had a question. You also had plenty of time to explore the area, go on hikes, and make the most of your time in Poland. I would recommend GBL to anyone because of the amazing people, environment, and memories you make here
