Really enjoyed my time at the hostel. The hostel itself is very clean and well cared for and the work was as agreed upon and overall fair. All the staff were really welcoming and helpful and all work super hard. Housekeeping staff especially were great and very patient! The other volunteers made my experience and the garden outside the room was a definite highlight.

My experience at the hostel was truly unforgettable! The hostel itself is beautiful, especially the garden. The staff are friendly, and we all grew very close through the month. Nico is open to listening to concerns if you have any. My experience was made incredible by the family I found in the other volunteers. Take into consideration that it is a big hostel, so you have to make an effort to connect with people. The volunteer house is not in great condition, but it is nice that you have your own private area. Thank you for this journey, I will definitely recommend the hostel to anyone!

This was my first time travelling as well as my first time doing a volunteer experience and it was wonderful all around. The work itself was reasonable and the hours were decent enough that you got to enjoy the rest of your day. The hostel is big and clean. The volunteer room is separate from the others but it felt like our own little area. The staff were amazing, just to name a few..Rocio, Igor, Nico, Daniela thank you ! As for the other volunteers, I'm grateful I met all of them because they made my stay memorable. Would recommend this hostel.

My time at the hostel far exceeded my expectations. The hostel itself is beautiful, and so were the rooms, the garden, the bar and the people:) The schedual was concise and fair, and the work was fairly simple and often fun. The volunteers stayed in a small house across the garden which was lovely though the hostel WiFi didn't extend that far. My stay at the hostel was all around amazing with plenty of new experiences and wonderful memories. I would recommend it to anyone, and will definitely be back!

My experience at St the hostel was my first experience as a volunteer. Everything was just perfect. The hostel is wonderful, among the most beautiful I've ever seen. I have shared my experience with wonderful people 🥲 The work has always been easy and the staff helpful and friendly. The volunteer room is the only thing that could be little better, I would have appreciated Wi-Fi in the room,but it is not really important for the experience! Definitely recommend 🫶🏻 Muito Obrigada!

Shame I couldn't stay longer, I would probably end up extending to eternity. Volunteering at the hostel exceeded my expectations! The overall working and living environment is wonderful - hostel is gorgeous, garden peaceful, bars (two!) open and the work simple, fair and sometimes even fun. We lived in cute little house located at the back of the garden and we had avocado trees (two!), but unfortunately no wifi in our room, which was the only issue. However the best part of the experience were people of course - fellow volunteers, staff, guests. ❤️ Obrigada for having me!

It was my first WP experience as a volunteer. From the beginning to the end, everything was clear and structured. The staff was friendly and the management is professional and generous. The work itself is easy and after work, you will still feel energetic to do something after a short siesta. :) My friends I worked with made my experience, more fun and memorable. The guests are polite and friendly. It was great to have the chance to socialize and participate in activities together with them during work or on your off days! I feel lucky to have had a wonderful experience in the hostel.

I enjoyed every second as a volunteer at the hostel. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming and the work was simple and fair. The hostel itself was beautiful and had a super nice garden, common areas and facilities. My fellow volunteers and I had access to free wifi at the hostel, but sadly not in our housing area, which was a minor disappointment. I am very grateful for the experience and the people i met during my time at the hostel! Would definitely recommend.

I've had a great time in the hostel the hostel. Everyone from the staff was friendly and caring and the work I did was very appreciated. I have been living in a little house in the garden (with avocado and lemon trees and a lot of sun during the day). For a while our bathroom didn't work which sucked but we could still use the ones in the hostel. Would have been great if the generally good wifi would have reached our house (but this did not really do much to the experience). It was especially nice to be a group of volunteers so we could share a lot during my time here.
