This was my first volunteer experience! The hostel was big, clean, and beautiful. The work and hours are fair and respected. Housekeeping can be tiring especially because you usually do it for 5 days in a row. Bar, breakfast, and garden are super great shifts! Note: You must be comfortable sharing small spaces. There is a small house in the garden where the volunteers stay that doesn't have a lock on the bathroom, but everyone is very respectful so I never had any problems. Meeting the other volunteers and employees was the best part. I learned a lot of useful skills! Obrigada!

It was my first volunteer experience and all the things I was expecting was there and in even better. All the things you can worry about before arriving , forget them ! Because every single thing is great. the hostel team is very communicative, caring and has a great energy. I was feeling very good and confortable directly when I arrive. The volonteer team was incredible, I loved everything single personne I met. Mes amour. The hostel is very clean. All the shifts are okay , the hours where respected. It's all about the kind of energy you put in! There no hard shift. Thanks the hostel

I spent 6 weeks at the hostel and I had the most amazing time, the hostel is beautiful and the hostel as well! the volunteers' room could be way better, plus you have to be willing to share spaces with a lot of people, if not this experience may not be for u! the shifts are fine but housekeeping is hard, especially when u have it the whole week. I learned a lot, even about myself, I met a lot of people during my stay and I made friendships for life <3 a special thanks goes to my desperate housewives D&J and to mes amours that made my birthday and my stay unforgettable 🤍 see you soon guys!

The experience was amazing! Meeting new people everyday, that later became my friends was a real highlight of my time there, the room was perfect (if you got the big one), had a few problems with the bathroom the first days but then it was fixed, the staff are very attentive and helpful with your needs, just communicate and you'll be fine. About the tasks, be prepare for hard work if you have "housekeeping"or "breakfast", if you have "bar 2" HAVE FUN! Interact with the guests and go on the PUB CRAWLS. It was my first experience, and a really good one, would recommend this 100%.

I had the most amazing month volunteering at the hostel!! You become so close to the other volunteers and the staff are so welcoming and helpful with the tasks given. The work hours feel long because you often finish early but is fair work. However, the accommodation should be improved (especially the bathroom and locks on the door) to make us feel safer and more comfortable! The hostel itself is very clean and they da great job creating a good vibe at the bar!! Thank you so much the hostel team, I miss you all already 💕

As a first experience with Worldpackes, I couldn't ask for better. The tasks assigned to volunteers are clear and simple and you are always accompanied by at least one staff member who is always ready to help and super nice. The hostel is really beautiful and clean which made the experience even more enjoyable. I thank all the hostel staff and volunteers who accompanied me on this adventure! If I could I would absolutely do it again!❤️

It was the first time for me volunteering at a hostel and I'm glad it was at the hostel. You're always working with at least one from the staff and I always felt like I could ask them if there was something I was wondering about. The volunteer house is very simple but we could use the bathrooms in the actual hostel and they're a lot nicer. Other than that the most important thing for me is how I was feeling while being there and I always felt safe and welcomed by all of the staff, Nico and the other volunteers I was staying with, so thank you for this really fun and memorable experience!

The hostel, the cleanest most up to date hostel that I have seen. Shout out to the housekeeping staff, Adelma my work mum. Deborah my kindred spirit! Bar is great, Nico runs a tight ship. You should meet Dani, Roccio and Matias, they work so hard. If you're lucky you may even make lifelong friends.So much love and appreciation for Valentina, Igor and Belu for helping with anything. The hostel was nothing short of amazing, Nico is an incredible host who looks after you throughout the entire experience. The staff are like family and if you put in the effort, they will welcome you and treat you as their own. The work is easy and enjoyable, the schedule rotates weekly so it's fair for everyone. The best part of the experience was the connections I made with the other volunteers, we quickly became a family and I'll never forget the time we shared. I can't wait to come back to visit in the near future! Thank you Fran & Nico, but a very special thanks to Rocio as well! 💝
