I appreciate the fact that there is knowledge about how to meet the expectations of your host, and how you can improve, if not (because I am pretty introverted around people I don't know yet). The way Meagan organized the information is very helpful because it is in good order because even though you don't know everything right away, with this course you have enough knowledge to put into practice.
