I absolutely loved my time here! The place is stunning and they work very easy, the accommodation was by far the best I've ever stayed at and the hosts were really kind, they even cooked meals for the volunteers!! I would definitely recommend volunteering here:))

The the guest house is the perfect place to immerse yourself into the nature of the Scottish Highlands. I am very grateful for the time I've spent in Kinlochleven.Lewis and Angel were really nice, and the work was straightforward and easy. I went on a lot of nice hikes nearby, and Glencoe and Fort William are easily accessible with the local bus. All in all, this was a great experience, and I can definitely recommend it to anyone looking for some peace and quiet, nature, and hikes !!! Thank you for my stay here :)

We volunteered at the the guest house as a couple and the experience was awesome. Work was easy, especially with the two of us because Lewis didn't mind if we split tasks or swapped shifts. Lewis and Angel were very friendly and explained everything we needed to do. The accomodation was fantastic, our own private room and access to shared kitchen, bathroom and living room but most of the time no one else was using them. The area was also beautiful, the three days off a week gave us lots of opportunities for day trips and on working days we easily found spots to go relax. Would definitely recommend!

The perfect place for peace and quiet! I loved my stay at the the guest house, the job is not hard and we get all of our afternoons free! I got to live in the apartment with Lewis, his girlfriend Angel and an other volunteer ! the apartment is cosy; netflix, books, board games, there's a kitchen and we have our own room with the view on the mountains! I highly recommend this volunteering experience !

I'm so grateful for my time in Kinlochleven and the the guest house. Lewis and Angel are very kind ,fun and respectful with the hours and work.They are great hosts. They teach everything you need to know to do the tasks,which are easy. Michelle is a wonderful person to work with. It is a peaceful place, beautiful nature and kind people. I could relax, travel in my days off,cook and go for walks. I recommend 100% if you're looking for peace and reconnection with nature. I only missed more interaction with the hosts.I loved our Easter Dinner with parsnips! Thank you so much Lewis,Angel and Michelle! ❤

This was a fantastic first Worldpackers experience. Lewis and Angel are amusing and obliging hosts - a delight to work for. The accommodation is very comfortable and the work is straightforward. I would recommend this experience specifically to people who like hiking and being outside. There's a lot of down time and Kinlochleven is a small village (with an impressive 3 pubs!). Lewis is always quick with advice and suggestions of where to go in the myriad of picturesque walks nearby. Thank you very much for having me - I really enjoyed it!

We felt really at home in the the guest house. It's perfect for travelling with a friend or as a couple, and the scenery around Kinlochleven is very beautiful and calming. I would totally recommend this experience to someone, because Lewis thought about us a lot when coordinating our working days and we had plenty of time to explore Scotland, just how we wanted. It's been a pleasure.

Lewis is a great boss - super chill and easy to talk to and very respectful about working hours. The accommodation is great, you'll have lots of privacy in your own room and a cozy living room to spend time with other volunteers. Hiking is pretty much the only thing you can do in the area and there are beautiful trails right near the the guest house! There is not too much interaction with the hosts though and you're gonna be on your own most of the time – so I'd recommend the experience if you don't mind spending time alone, enjoy hiking or maybe use the place as a base for different trips :)
