A truly unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, Bill welcomed me in with warmth and made me feel completely at home. He and his family were incredibly generous and kind, always making sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. During my stay, I learned so much about the Vietnamese culture - not just through the lessons with the students, but through daily life, meals and the many conversations with Bill and his family. It was such an authentic and meaningful cultural exchange that I'll always treasure. Thank you Bill❤️

This could not have been a better experience. It was amazing to work with the students and see them grow. Bill and his family welcome you into their lives culture and home and truly make you feel so loved. Anything you want to learn about their culture they will teach you. I have enjoyed so many beautiful moments, conversations, and memories with Bill, his family, the other volunteers, and of course the heart of it all the students. This was my first ever world packers experience and I could not have been more blessed. Thank you to Bill and your family from the bottom of my heart. 🩷

We spent a wonderful week with Bill and his family! The work was about helping with some English classes, mainly focusing on conversation and learning games. We stayed in a large and comfortable room, with fan, balcony and double bed. We also had a shared bathroom with hot water. We had 2 meals a day, prepared by Bill's mom, who is an amazing cooker. Vietnamese food, desserts, fruits, really good! (For breakfast, we bought stuff from bakery nearby the house). Bill is an amazing person, very kind and always looking for our well being. I highly recommend this experience!

I truly had a wonderful time at BEnglish. Bill was such a kind, supportive and considerate host who always made sure that I was well looked after. The accomodation is really nice and comfortable and Bill's mum cooked delicious meals and provided lots of fresh fruit to every meal. After a while I was brave enough to ride around on a bicycle and that was very handy. I also checked out most of the places Bill recommended and especially enjoyed tour to the floating market. The students were very adorable and taught me a lot about Vietnamese culture. You won't regret staying in Can Tho!

The experience at the project and Bill's home was amazing! We had the best room so far in our volunteering trough Asia! And the food that Bill's mom cooked to us every day at lunch and dinner was amazing! Bill is very organized, and helped us since the beginning (with recommendations, places to go, restaurants, best places in town, etc…) All he wanted was to make us feel safe and comfortable. The job is so worthy, the students are very kind and curious about foreigners! It was really a pleasure to volunteer in Can Tho, wish we had more time to be there. highly recommend it!

I loved my stay at the project! Bill and his family were so kind, welcoming and caring. I appreciate all the city tips provided by Bill and the tasty home cooked meals made by his mother. The work was as expected and taught me a lot like how to be creative on the spot and prepare for one on one tutoring as well as groups. I am excited to come back and volunteer for the project in the future. I will truly miss my students.

I had a wonderful two weeks working at the project! I was immediately welcomed into the family. Bill is always doing anything to make your stay as good as it could be. The food his mom cooks is incredible. The teaching is super fun and it was a pleasure to get to know all the students. I got to learn so much about Vietnamese culture and traditions and would recommend everyone to do this volunteering! Thank you so much to Bill and the family for this unforgettable time. Volunteering at Bill's English school was a fantastic experience. Bill is dedicated, friendly, and always makes sure everyone is comfortable. The local students are all nice and it's always a pleasure to teach them. Bill's mom also cooks amazing meals. Highly recommend this experience!

This experience was a highlight of our time in Vietnam! Bill and his family were so kind and welcoming and made us feel at ease straight away. Bill's mum is a fantastic cook and we tried many delicious local dishes. We had so much fun with the students. They were super enthusiastic and I learnt a lot about Vietnamese culture through chatting to them. I would highly recommend this experience!

Bill and his family and two cats are the loveliest hosts. They put us up in a very nice room with a balcony and his mum cooked the tastiest meals, very kindly adapting to our dietary needs. Bill had lots of great recommendations for what to do in the city and taught us a lot about local cuisine and culture. His communication was so great from the start and throughout. The 'work' element is very enjoyable as the students are very nice and so eager to learn. Can highly recommend this workaway!
