Llegue a utopía en marzo y sentí una energía tan bonita igual que una familia por esa razón extendí mi estadía por 8 meses más. la casa es mi casa, hay gente buena y bonita, el sitio es mágico, los mejores atardeceres de Portugal lo encuentras en este paraíso. la casa es un lugar tranquilo y es el mejor de toda la zona para hacer voluntariado, las tareas son simples, puedes usar el gimnasio, la piscina, las bicicletas, las tablas de surf, siempre estaré agradecida con Joao y toda la familia Utopía por dejarme vivir esta experiencia tan linda.

Utopía fue el mejor lugar para llegar a Portugal, los voluntarios y colaboradores fueron receptivos al momento de llegar. Durante mi estadía realice labores de limpieza en las habitaciones del guest house (nada del otro mundo). Logré mejorar mi “portuñol” y atreverme a hablar inglés. Agradezco enormemente la oportunidad de realizar mi primer voluntariado en portugal en un lugar tan maravilloso 😍

Super recomendable, me sentí como en casa! con los voluntarios formamos una hermosa familia 💜. Utopía está cerca de varias playas así que puedes ir: caminando, o en bicicleta. Tambien puedes salir a conocer en su auto 😊.

Fue nuestro primer voluntariado en Europa y la primera vez que vivimos aqui en Portugal. Es el lugar perfecto para sentirte en tu casa. El trabajo es exactamente lo que describe el anfitrión y se respeta todo. El hotel muy hermoso y se pueden utilizar las instalaciones. El grupo de trabajo es indescriptible! ❤️❤️ Un lugar para quedarse mas de un mes.

My stay at the hotel was definitely one of the most memorable experiences I've had. From evenings at the beach to going on walks with Bolinhas in the area, I felt like I was truly able to get to know Aljezur. The working hours were well-respected and Barbara and Belén were great bosses who work with you to find tasks that fit your skill set. The one critique I have is that the volunteer area has quite a bit of mold, which can pose a problem if you're allergic. Other than that, the hotel was an eye-opening experience, and I'm so grateful for my time there!!

I was in the hotel for a month and had an amazing time! The staff and all of the other volunteers were very nice and the work was well organized. The area around the hotel is very beautiful and has a lot to offer, like beaches, restaurants and some parties. Definitely recommend!

The hotel was such a good experience. Belen and Barbara were very helpful with all the cleaning tasks and very great to work with. It was so fun to be here with a lot of volunteers, felt like a big family. It can get messy at times but so worth it. The volunteer car was really helpful because Arrifana beach and the bigger grocery stores are a bit of a walk. I hope to come back soon!

I really enjoyed my time at the hotel! The working hours were well respected and the people are super nice! I loved our trips to the beach and cuddles with Tofu and Boli. At the hotel I was able to meet a lot of wonderful people from around the world. I'd definitely love to come back!

My time at the hotel will never be forgotten. Being in a group of at one point 11 total volunteers, can get a bit hectic at times. But it's so fun and rewarding. At least when I went the group of us went out to the beach, events, restaurants, or something everyday. The work is reasonable, you get taught everything you need to know on your first day working. I recommend surfing, jumping off that thing at the lake, Chinga burger at Hugo's, swimming at night, and of course befriending the awesome staff. Only thing I would say is there is no food, breakfast is just bread so bring some money to cook.

My time in the hotel was fantastic. I extended my stay twice and would have loved to stay even longer. The atmosphere between the volunteers and the host was great. It feels like one big family. The work is relaxed and simple, and after work we always do things together as a group. Of course, I have to mention Bolinhas (dog) and Tofu (cat). They hang out with us all day, and Bolinhas has basically become my best friend. My time here was truly a 10/10.
