A guest house é um lugar bem bacana, ideal pra quem gosta de estar em um lugar tranquilo e conectado com a natureza. As praias cercanas são lindíssimas e também é possível conhecer cidades próximas como Sagres e Lagos, lá tem um amigo bem bacana que nos leva a esses lugares, o Ferrari, um carro amigo de todos que fica a disposição dos voluntários. Todos os colaboradores são bem bacanas e os horários das atividades são respeitados. Um ótimo lugar pra quem quer conhecer o estilo de vida do Algarve

I had a great few weeks at the guest house. The other volunteers were all very nice and welcoming. The volunteer living spaces were homey and the breakfast food was good (you will eat SO MUCH delicious bread during your stay here). There are only 3 surfboards & the one car (the bikes are all kinda broken) for ~12 volunteers/staff, so coordinating it is a bit tricky sometimes. Aljezur is remote/hilly, so be prepared to walk a lot (though if the weather's nice, it's not bad!). The beach is gorgeous & you're done with work early enough every day that you can enjoy the sunset by the water!

My stay in the guest house was truly one of the best two weeks in my life. I had so much fun. It was because of the people I was staying there with (our little shell family<3). The tasks were bearable and didn't take up too much time (we usually finished cleaning in 3 hours). Surfboards, bikes and a car were at our disposal (the bikes are very damaged though). The place is not very well located for public transport, but usually someone will pick u up, or take you to the nearest bus stop (but you are pretty much dependent on the car, when wanting to go further away). 🌞🌞🌞

The guest house was my first volunteering experience and I loved it. The people and the place are really nice and I felt welcomed by everyone. It's a great place to practice your English or Spanish. The work was pretty easy and most of the time we finished earlier. The pool is really nice and the landscape with the cliffs is beautiful. I would totally recommend that place to everyone. My only problem was that all the softboards in the guest house were broken and they only could organize hardboards. But all in all I had a great experience and I would totally come back :)

I felt great at the guest house bcz we were allowed to use the pool and the tennis court without any restriction and even if the car was pretty old it got us where we needed to go. The surroundings are amazing and the work was pretty easy, so we had a lot of time to go the beach, to Boa Vida Social Club (totally recommend), to Lagos or the lake nearby. I was lucky to travel with a friend, but if you're nice to everybody you should be able to make friends even if at times you may find that it's complicated to live with people from all over the world. Anyway, have a drink together and it will be ok. ❤

Ah, a guest house! 💛 que delícia de lugar... foi muito mais férias que trabalho.. as horas são super respeitadas, quase nunca dá 4h.. open de pão! rs pequeno almoço fica na geladeira o que sobrar, podendo comer o dia todo.. isso sim é uma piscina! Haha podemos usar sempre! muito sossegado (agora que as brasileiras foram embora rs) A praia mais próxima fica 40min andando.. saí com o coração apertadíssimo de saudade antes de ir.. conheci pessoas que vou levar sempre comigo! agora acabou a barulheira na área de fumantes né.. rs muito obrigada por me acolherem tão bem e me fazerem sentir em casa! ✨🍻

Amei passar esse um mês na guest house/Aljezur é lugar incrível ,onde pude ter muito contato com a natureza e fazer novas amizades. Estar em Aljezur facilita muito conhecer os arredores como Lagos que super recomendo. Obrigada família a guest house . Um grande abraço 😘

The time I spent working and living at the guest house was truly one of the best months of my life! The volunteers were very welcoming and so were the permanent staff. The work wasn't hard and the time was very fair for wjat we got in exchange. If I have one tip is to DEFINETLY apply to work there

I had an amazing experience in the guest house. In 2 days i felt like at home, and i didn't want to leave. The work is easy and fast (we often finish 1h earlier), and all the people are welcoming. This guest house is like a paradise for me and I would love to come back !
