It was my first time volunteering and in a hostel, I really liked starting it with the hostel Colective Hostel, if you have any doubts Alessio will help you, I think the work is very easy, the shifts are respected and there is also a lot of flexibility. There is a lot of interaction with the guests and different activities to meet people. I also met a lot of people from different cultures and was able to improve my English. There was a very good team building with the other volunteers and I have met very nice people. I highly recommend this experience 😊❤️

The hostel was an incredible experience. Alessio and Suthan were great and I really enjoyed my time here. The work is standard and easy. The nights shifts were a great way to meet everyone and make friends. The location of the hostel is a bit of a walk from the city center, bus/train but it's totally fine. I absolutely loved my time here and definitely recommend. I will definitely be coming back to stay in the future.

I'm so happy that I've done this volunteer, first because the location is amazing you have so many beautiful places to go around Lecce! Alessio is a great boss and a very kind person, the hours of working are respected, shifts are well organized, the breakfast is amazing the hostel itself is a very chill place and a plus, there's a dog (Chica) everyday around 😍🥰! I would definitely recommend this volunteer to other people specially if you like meeting new people and talk a lot! Thank you alessio for this opportunity, it was a great experience and I'll take forever with me ❤️

Alessio and the other volunteers welcomed so well that I felt like home immediately. They've a really good app to schedule shifts, share bunk beds and room with other volunteers. The tasks are simple such as cleaning, breakfast, beach tour, karaoke and party night shifts. The location is about 1.2km from the bus/train station, they have bikes to rent, snacks machine but no laundry or exchange machine in the hostel. We meet guest from all around the world and that's the high point of the experience! I definitely recommend the hostel and I thank very much for having me there for 1 month❤️ Gr

My stay in Lecce was a really great experience! The beaches in the area are stunningly beautiful and due to the good working hours you have plenty of time to visit a lot of them The hostel itself is very clean and has a really welcoming and fun vibe. I made a lot of meaningful connections with the guests, the stuff and the other volunteers! I can only recommend staying here! :)

This was my first time Volunteering in a hostel, and it was really an unforgettable experience. I have met so many amazing people and got to experience an incredible part of Europe. The volunteering itself was brilliant , the shifts were really well coordinated and well organised. The hostel itself is modern and spotless, the atmosphere is relaxed and so welcoming and Alessio is a wonderful host. Can't recommend it enough :))

It was one of the best volunteering experience I had so far, it went way beyond my expectations. I felt really welcomed and respected by the host and the whole team. You get to meet a lot of people from all around the world, go to beautiful beaches and places. The working hours is just as agreed, and the work is easy, basically you need to talk to guests, be a tour guide, host a party, do breakfast and a little bit of cleaning.

My first volunteer experience was in this hostel. I had a very good experience, Alessio gives everything he offers and is very organized. You need to clean up a little, make breakfast and talk to the guests. The latter is the most important for the hostel, you have to be nice and make the guest feel really comfortable. Besides that, the hostel is very nice because it's big and you have your space. The atmosphere is great and friendly, all guests are very comfortable.

Alessio is a great boss who works very hard to make sure his hostel runs smoothly and that everybody is happy, including the volunteers. He treated myself and the other volunteers with total respect, work hours were respected, the work was easy (almost too easy at times) and there was a lot of free time to travel and see everything in the area (THERE IS A LOT!) - The hostel is modern, clean, beds comfortable and rooms spacious. No staff room but there are lockers. Kitchen is very good, nice atmosphere in the hostel overall. Sultan, who is there full time, is a great co-worker. Overall, 10/10.

My month at the hostel was incredible. The shifts are well organised using an app so you can see your whole week + plan accordingly. Alessio is so kind + understanding + I couldn't have asked for a better host. The hostel itself is large, clean and has everything you need. The old town centre is such a beautiful location with a great nightlife. I will never forget the hostel + highly recommend if you want to come to the south of Italy :))
