Experiência maravilhosa, digna de 5 estrelas! O hostel é incrível, a equipe sensacional, Alessio, Antonella e Maria foram maravilhosos comigo e tive uma experiência muito boa e positiva. Lecce é uma graça de cidade, belíssimas praias ao redor, o hostel é um dos melhores que já vi em infraestrutura e muito bem cuidado. Aos meus amigos voluntários deixo um grande abraço e nos vemos pela vida! Nota 10 de 10!

This was my first Worldpackers experience and I would definitely recommend to anyone who reads this to apply for this position. I really appreciate the trust in Alessio and Maria to got me here withouth experience in housekeeping/hostel work. The tasks were easy, the team was the best, the free time was enough to get to know Lecce and rest of Puglia (and even though I came here in autumn, it's a great place to visit off season, almost always sunny). Hope to be another time in this part of the map to visit you both :)

My first volunteer experience, and I'll definitely come back to visit! My tasks were easy, and depending on the day, quick to finish, so I had the rest of the day free. The hostel has good facilities, and the hosts were always very flexible and helpful. Lecce is a great base to explore the amazing cities and beaches of Puglia, all so beautiful. I met incredible volunteers and guests that I'll carry with me for the rest of my life. Highly recommend! Obrigado!

Had an absolute blast at the hostel! The hours were reasonable and the work was simple, but engaging. The hostel was super clean, well organised, and big. The hosts were so kind and friendly, we had many fun nights together with the other volunteers. I definitely made life long friendships with the other volunteers. Lecce was a lovely town and getting to the other surrounding towns took no longer than 2 hours by train or car. By far the best volunteer experience I've had, I have no criticisms. I will come back and visit for sure!!

It was an amazing experience, the hostel is really nice and clean, and the tasks are simple ! I had a really good time in Lecce with everyone and I would highly recommend to apply for a first experience. Puglia/Salento is so beautiful, you'll have so many beaches to see. A special thanks to Maria and Alessio, i'm super grateful !

It was my first volunteer experience and it was amazing! Thank you for the opportunity. The hostel staff and the other volunteers made me feel at home. I met people from all over the world and places that I never heard before. Alessio is super nice and Maria is like a bigger sister to the volunteers! During my time we had activities at nights like karaoke, bbq and game nights! The hostel is very pretty and it is in a good location to go around the beautiful beaches of the South of Italy.

From the first time I entrered in the Hostel, felt like I'm gonna be in a good place. The atmosphere Alessio, Maria and all the staff created is cozy and welcoming, they were approachable as bosses and as friends too. There was plenty of time sightseeing with other volunteers, walking on the camminos of south Italy or learn the famous pizzica dance:) You can truely experience here all the beauty of living together and learn about life:) If you are thinking about coming here, don't hesitate anymore, throw yourself into it and these 4weeks(or more) gonna be among your best experiences in life!

It was an incredible experience. From day one, the team made me feel like part of the family. The hostel has a vibrant, inclusive atmosphere that makes it special for both guests and staff. As a volunteer, I engaged with guests from all over the world, contributed to daily operations, and participated in events organized by the hostel. The work environment was supportive and fun, with a good balance between responsibilities and free time to explore Lecce. What made this experience truly memorable was the sense of community. The connections I made with both the team and the guests were genuine
