The hostel is by far one of the best places I have ever spent time in. The team is incredible, the work is more than fine, and the volunteers are treated incredibly well. the hostel has turned into a second home of mine. From the day I arrived I absolutely fell in love, Julia does an incredible job of hiring people who will work and live together happily. The staff is all incredible and I will miss this place every day that I spend away from here!! The workload is fair for what we receive in return, and the living quarters are super cozy. If you are planning a volunteer experience, do this one :)

The hostel is a very welcoming and accepting place, and during my stay there, I truly had the experience of a lifetime! The team and the other volunteers were amazing, and I would recommend volunteering here to anyone.

My experience at the hostel was an overwhelmingly positive one. The staff, management, owners, and other volunteers were all very fun, kind, and genuine people who made me feel very welcome and at home. This is a great experience for anyone looking to grow socially, experience Dutch culture, and explore the Netherlands and/or Belgium. The work could be a little challenging at times, but it was nothing unreasonable, and no more than what was agreed upon. the hostel is a special place that I will miss very much!

Truly the most amazing experience!! the hostel was my first time volunteering and i couldn't be more grateful. the shifts are as described and julia is very accomodating to any plans for days off. The facilities are amazing and the food is great, even catering for food restrictions:)) the atmosphere of the hostel is one of a kind and what makes the experience so special. the whole team is so incredibly welcoming and truly felt like a family. very thankful for the friendships and memories i'll never forget! 100% recomend!!

Only good words about the hostel, the working hours are well respected and the food is great! Amazing atmosphere and people I felt very comfortable since the beginning, special thanks to Marion and Koen, you are very special. Unfortunately I had to leave early due to unexpected circumstances, however I was very impressed with the hostel. It was very clean, quite big and the volunteers had their own kitchen, living area and bedroom. The staff were very nice and Julia was so welcoming and accommodating. Tilburg is a lovely town with a train station within walking distance if you're interested in exploring other parts of the Netherlands. I would recommend this hostel to anyone interested in volunteering!

My experience at the hostel was amazing, it felt like a family. The group of volunteers is normaly between 5 and 7 volunteers with whom i got really close to. The work is quite easy, entertaining, sociable and with comitment, i had some responsibilitys whichs made me be motivated. The staff and owners are super mega friendly and cool. We had almost each week especial events in the city or in the hostel. An awesome experience that i will never forget.

Amazing experience! the hostel really cares about the volunteer's experience. I received a welcome bag with a the hostel's guide. Julia makes the schedule weekly and managed all the days off that I asked for. Volunteers have their own kitchen and living room. All the team is very kind, offering city tips and teaching Dutch culture. They accommodated food restrictions and cared for the volunteers when anyone got sick <3 The work is usually not heavy, but you will really work 25h/week. It is a whole experience, not just a place to stay. Highly recommended for young travelers.

My time at the hostel was more amazing than I ever could have imagined. The staff soon become your family and the hostel your home. I made friendships with people from all over the world, explored the Netherlands, practiced my Dutch and had so much fun throughout it all. The work is exactly as described and Julia always makes sure the schedule works for you. Everyone is so kind and welcoming. I have laughed until I cried and made memories that will last a lifetime. It breaks my heart to leave but I know I will be back home in Tilburg soon. Thank you for everything 🫶

The hostel was my first volunteering and how sad I am to leave. This is one of those experiences that are a mark in your life. The shifts are exactly as described and often fun, the owners, reception and interns are amazing people and I'm so grateful for them. The facilities are totally complete, the hostel feels like home the moment you step in. I've learned so many things, I'm a pro at pouring beer and making beds now. This place is in my heart now and although my journey continues I'll never forget the hostel and all the lovely experiences I had. Thank you so much and I hope I'll come back one day:)
