I had the BEST time working with everyone at the hostel! The hours were not hard and the managers were really well organised with the shifts and super nice as well! The location was amazing as well, literally in the heart of Edinburgh. The entire team were so welcoming and nice I would 100% recommend doing this ❤️❤️

I stayed only one week as a volunteer and for personal reasons I couldn't stay anymore, Pedro and Sérgio are two amazing people and were super understandable with my situation. I can say that even with little time there I had beautiful and fun moments next to everyone I met. Thank you very much for everything guys 🙏🏻❤️

This was the best experience! The work isn't too difficult, and it's usually done a little before 2. They train you exactly how to do everything, so you are never left wondering. Where this hostel really stands out is the people you meet. There are many volunteers from around the world and you get to live and work with them, get to know them and make really strong connections. Sergio, Pedro, and Merche are the best managers Ive ever had. They help out whenever they can and make working fun. They also are around to hang out outside of work and are willing to help with anything

EBH was a fantastic experience! I loved every moment, and the managers Sergio, Pedro and Merche were super friendly and made sure I was able to complete tasks efficiently. They made sure any concerns were answered and maintained a positive working environment. The other volunteers were also great to spend time with both during and after the shifts. Thank you so much EBH, I will miss you!

Foi uma experiência extremamente prazerosa trabalhar com a equipe do hostel, totalmente incrível. A equipe é colaborativa, animada e todos cumprem os horários de trabalho, respeitando os dias de folga. Quase todos os dias alguém convida para sair, e juntos fizemos jantares, piqueniques, fomos a shows e baladas, tornando a convivência ainda mais agradável. O ambiente do hostel é excelente, com cozinha completa, banheiros limpos, áreas sociais acolhedoras e uma sala de TV. Foi uma experiência muito positiva, tanto que decidi prolongar minha estadia. Recomendo fortemente!

It was one of the bests experiencies in my life. Pedro, Sergio and Merche are so nice and friendly and the other volunteries were lovelys with me since the begining. I will miss the hostel so much.

I really had the best two months at the hostel. I loved everything about this precious experience. Firstly, the incredibly lovely and funny managers Sergio, Pedro and Merche, who make you feel at home right away. On the other hand, the many other volunteers with whom I made friends. We all went out a lot together, played games and had fun or watched films and relaxed. All in all, the atmosphere at the hostel was just super relaxed and great and I would really advice everyone to apply to volunteer at this hostel! Thank you so much for everything, I will definitely be back!

My time at the hostel was very fun. I was a little uncomfortable for the first 3-4 days. But thenI got used to everyone and everything. After that it was smooth sailing, the work was not complicated, the sleeping arrangements were a little ruff, nothing terrible though, and the location was perfect. I was treated as great as I could have been as well. In all it was a amazing experience and I recomend 100%.

EBH became my home away from home, and I would not change this experience for the world. I wasn't expecting to fall in love with this place so hard and fast, but that's difficult after creating so many beautiful memories with such exceptional people. Sergio and Pablo are super friendly, understanding, and welcoming. They are very clear with their communication and expectations while keeping things super fun and light hearted. The work and hours were very acceptable and even enjoyable. I can definitely see myself coming back to EBH one day, and really hope that I do. Thank you for having me <3
