By far my best volunteering, the family atmosphere is priceless, completely respectful and polite hosts giving the best of themselves helping each of the volunteers as much as possible and opening the door to possibilities to improve in each job.

This was my first opportunity to volunteer abroad, and it didn't disappoint. I planned to stay only a month, but ended up extending for another month because of the location and the hostel, the people, and the enjoyable work environment. Sergio and Merci were both very friendly, organized and promoted a very professional working experience. It is very easy to make friends and meet new people in the hostel and in the city. I hope to come back soon.

My experience at the hostel was AMAZING!! the working hours are respected and work is fair. The people are great and you can meet so many international travellers and immerse yourself in the local ( pub) culture. In Edinburgh there's always something to do and it's the most beautiful city I've ever seen. The hostel vibe is great overall and everyone is so welcoming, I'm definitely coming back🫶🏻

This Hostel was my first experience with Worldpackers and I would recommend it to everyone. I felt so welcomed from day one and everybody tried to make this place a home. I enjoyed my stay a lot and I will return as soon as I am back in Edinburg. The work was was very chilled and it's only a couple of hours everyday. I had a lot of time exploring the city and made great memories which will stay with me!:)

I only came to Edinburgh to stay for a short time, but then I fell in love with it and decided to stay longer. the hostel team welcomed me with open arms. I felt at home right from the start and created a new family with the other volunteers and managers. The organisation is perfect in every way, I was able to experience the city from morning to night. This was my first volunteering placement and I will leave a small piece of my heart here!

EBH was my first Worldpacker's volunteer experience and it set the bar high! The expectations are set out very clearly and everyone is very welcoming to new volunteers. The work isn't super easy but the hours are short. I had plenty of time to explore the city and I made some great new friends with the other volunteers. Next time I'm in Edinburgh this will definitely be my first stop!

I really enjoyed my stay in the hostel,even i extend my staying for couple of months more :),the hostel is located very central so you can easy explore the city,the managers Sergio,Marche and Sarah are all very good organise so every day the work finished good and on time.I meet a lot of travellers and make new friends:) i recommend this place! :)

It was one of the best experiences I have had. The staff and volunteers are really fun people to deal with. The crew was great. They are always helpful and listen to everything we have to say. The place is really amazing and fun and the area is very beautiful. I hope I will have the chance to return to the hostel.

Working at this hostel was an amazing experience! The managers and staff were incredibly kind and helpful, making my time there truly enjoyable. I had a wonderful experience working with everyone, meeting new friends, and exploring the beautiful city of Edinburgh. Thank you for the memories !
