Minha experiência no hostel foi excelente. Desde o início fui bem recebida, Nelson e Rafa se esforçaram ao máximo para que eu me sentisse em casa e confortável. Os shifts são flexíveis e completamente confortáveis de serem realizados. Com o tempo, você sente que o Hostel se tornou seu pequeno lar temporário. O fato da boa comunicação entre o landlord Nelson e eu (bem como o Rafa e as outras voluntárias) foi um fator primordial para que minha estadia e experiência fosse confortável e benéfica. Indico, e voltaria sempre ao Hostel. E, a cidade de Braga é linda e tranquila.

I stayed 4 weeks at the hostel during November/December. Since it wasn't the off-season, the hostle was really quiet and there weren't loads if guests. The work is pretty easy, but could be explained a bit better. Nelson and Rafa were very welcoming. Braga isn't the biggest city but it's good located to visit other places in the north.

Nelson and Rafa made us feel very welcome and helped us when we needed something. The hostel is located right in the center of Braga which makes it possible to go everywhere by foot. We had our own bathroom and the bedroom was very spacious. However it was quite cold with not much light. All in all we enjoyed our stay, but it's definitely better to go there in the peak seasons.

Nelson and Rafa were great! Rafa was always there to answer questions and help with anything you need. They are very flexible with the schedule. Braga is a clam city but very nice.

I had a good time at the hostel! Nelson and Rafa were very welcoming and always ready to help and making sure that I have everything I need. They give the hostel a family like atmosphere. The work itself is easy and Nelson is very flexible with the schedule so that you can explore the region. Note that during the winter it gets pretty quiet a the hostel, so I'd recommend to visit in the winter if you are looking for a more calm environment and very chill shifts. But if you are looking for the more “typical, very social hostel experience” then summer is better. I'm thankful for the experience

I had a wonderful experience at the hostel! The work was simple and the schedule was flexible so we had plenty of time to explore the area. Nelson and Rafa were very welcoming and they were more than happy to give recommendations, offer assistance and always checked in with us to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Naturally, this time of year has less travellers, so if you are looking for more movement in the hostel I would recommend trying to visit during the summer months. However, I still met some really great people and would definitely recommend this experience!

Amazing experience, amazing team . Super easy work and tasks , I'm enjoyed work there at 500% Rafael and Nelson are so cool , they really was worried about our comfort etc :) I Will recommend this hostel to everyone !! One thing what u should know it's a bed bugs there :( I don't care a lot about it but if u have allergies it's can be dengerous for u

What I want to ask Magdalena is if she saw anything or any animal like that? Because neither we nor she saw anything.
What we saw was a filthy room. The cleanliness in this room and bathroom was zero. Rafa and I went to clean it, because it was worse than dirty and the smell was not pleasant.
When we comment we have to be careful, because we could be doing an injustice...

O the hostel foi a minha primeira experiência no worldpackers e foi uma ótima experiência. Nelson, Rafa e Stephanie me recepcionaram muito bem e me auxiliaram sempre que tive dúvidas. Braga é uma cidade tranquila e simpática, assim como o hostel. O trabalho é tranquilo e é possível interagir com várias pessoas de várias partes do mundo. 🌎

The hostel is a great place to stay. Nelson and Rafa are very welcoming people and i felt at home after the first few days. The work was easy to learn and the shifts were chill most of the time too. But you should know, that some of the promised things on the profile are not true. There were no discounts for restaurants, bars or parties and also no surfing or language lessons. So if you're looking for the typical portugal surf experience you should volunteer at another place. Nevertheless, i had a great time at the hostel and would recommend it to everyone.
