Visiting the Cameron Highlands was not part of my plan. I simply fell asleep on the bus from Singapore to KL. I messaged the hostel, and I'm grateful they accepted me. Mani and Justin are great hosts. I had a truly meaningful stay here—from celebrating my birthday on my first day, late-night talks, fun games, hiking in the rain, tasting the most delicious tea, to meeting amazing and beautiful people.

I had a great time volunteering at the hostel. The people were lovely and welcoming and the tasks were easy and well explained. Although I didn't get to meet the owner as he was on vacation, I felt well prepared and everything was running smoothly. I can only recommend this experience to anyone looking for a break in nature here in Malaysia

The hostel experience is very nice. The owner is pretty chill and nice and the place is comfortable and clean. The work itself is just in reception but you also rent motorcycles, sometimes it is confusing at the beginning but it is natural, don-t push yourself you are gonna be learning for the full time that you are in the hostel. Something to be aware of is that the place, in general, is very outdoorsy, be aware of the cold and mosquitos potentially.

I think this experience is exactly what Worldpackers intended their platform would be for traveler's. It was the best and I highly recommend it! Mani's a great host too! Only complaint is the staff room is extremely loud. I guarantee you will be deprived sleep by cats or people screaming and talking loud.
