My three weeks with Colitas Sin Techo have been incredible, my only regret is not being able to stay longer. Feli is one of the most inspiring people I have ever met, she is caring, generous and so passionate about her work. I loved every single one of the dogs, they are all sweet and spending time with them was a treat every single day. The rooms/flat for volunteers are fantastic too, and being able to share this experience with other travellers was also really fun! I sincerely could not recommend this experience enough, it is a fantastic project to support and you will be 100% taken care of.

Volunteering here has been such a special experience. The work is relaxed, enjoyable, and really fulfilling. The dogs are so friendly and it's so much fun getting to know each of their personalities. Feli is incredibly kind and welcoming, one of the warmest people I've ever met! The accomodation is also great. Meals are authentic and delicious, with plenty of leftovers for the evening. I got to meet great people from around the world and had lots of chances to practice my Spanish. Cusco is full of life and perfect to explore in the afternoons. I can't recommend this voluntary experience enough

Felicia is a wonderful, kind, caring lady who is there for you every step of the way. Whatever you need, she will help you with it. You will also form bonds with your fellow housemates and explore the city of Cusco together. The dog shelter is full of incredible pups of all different breeds and ages and sizes. You will fall in love with many of them like I did. This was an amazing experience!

This was my first Worldpackers and one of my favorite trips ever! I have a feeling it will be hard to beat as I continue to travel. Even as someone who doesn't speak Spanish the host and other volunteers were so so kind and would help translate for me! The work was easy and super fun and it's so rewarding to see the dogs come out of their shell as you get to know them and bond with them. I wish I could've stayed longer I miss the dogs and the people already :)

Working with Felicia is such an honor. You can tell she cares deeply about the animals she looks after and is truly committed to doing what's best for them. The work at the shelter is fun and rewarding, and getting to have meals/spend time with Feli and the other volunteers is an added bonus. I cannot recommend this volunteer opportunity enough. Who wouldn't want to spend time playing with dogs? They all have such distinct personalities—I hope anyone reading this gets the chance to get to know them (and Feli).

I loved everything about this project. Cusco is a beautiful city, Felicia is the kindest person and her dogs are all amazing. I admire Felicia and her aim to help all animals, especially dogs! I had a really great time, we only had to work 3 hours a day and had the rest of the day to ourselves, to explore the city or hang out with the dogs at the house. I can 100% recommend this project to everyone who loves dogs!

Truly an incredible experience! Felicia is an incredible woman the shelter big heart, and I feel lucky to have spent the week with her and the pups. Every single dog is so sweet, you will fall in love. And the work is fun! The apartment you stay in is very nice and comfortable, and the food Felicia makes is delicious. We were basically fed the entire week! The location is just outside of Cusco away from all the tourists which felt like a more authentic experience.

I spend a month over there and it was incredible. Felicia is a wonderful human, it has been a pleasure to met her and the dogs as well. It was my first volunteering and my first solo trip and I definitely recommend you to go ! I will try to get back for sure ♥️

It was my very first WorldPackers volonteers experience there, first solo travel in Latin America and in Perú. This experience made me discovered so many amazing things about local life, local food and local culture. Felicia is a sweet, kind and devoted woman to her dogs shelter and she deserves more volonteer'help. This volonteer experience made me grown in a way to have faith in people and in life.

I had a great time with Felicia, the job is fun, you get to do different tasks at the shelter that makes it super dynamic, and the dogs are very nice. The house is very clean and very big. You share an entire apartment with only one other volunteer and you have your own room. The food is good and I always had enough to eat for dinner too. I'm not great at speaking spanish, but Felicia is very patient and helped me learn a lot. I had to go get a taxi a few times and she helped me with that to make sure I was safe and she even let me invite people over.
