North Surf House
You should choose us because we are a new Surf House that wants to work as a team and welcome people from all over the world! Each volunteer is special and important to us! We will make sure that you have a good experience, that you feel comfortable at all times and enjoy a good stay at North Surf House! We value every person who visits us to help us and that is why we will also help you in everything you need!
My name is Ezequiel, this is the second hotel project I manage and in my first project, I have hosted approximately 250 volunteers over 3 years, receiving 100% 5 star reviews. This is a new project and we want to repeat what we have done before. It will always be important that the volunteer feels respected and safe to come to our site.

My experience to surf north house it was a very interesting and pretty experience 😊 The vibe was warm and everyone there was communicate respectfull with you 😀 The "work" was really easy to get done and never felt like struggling or hard 😇 You gonna meet a lot of people 💙 and get nice experiences 😊

North Surf House was such a special place and I had a great time here. The team felt like a big family. My experience was a little abnormal because I was here in the off season and it was very quiet. I taught yoga classes/managed social media/organized evening events which are all guest dependent, so there wasn’t a ton to do. The weather was iffy, so I spent a lot of time at the house which is the cleanest hostel I’ve seen, but there wasn’t heat which was a huge issue to the point I almost had to leave because it was so cold. I would definitely come back, but definitely recommend the summer!

Thanks! Nov is quite cold and the weather is low, something you can always search online before applying for other experiences. There's a lot to do on social media, but it depends on your proactivity. We give free surf lessons, bikes, surf equipment, a training room, a games room, streaming, breakfast, free pizzas every Tuesday for the team, and more. May it's possible to mention just a few of the good things. We've always been available to talk and listen. Above all, we wish you all the best :)

Llegué a NSH como un huésped de fin de semana y después de 3 meses de estar aquí (2 meses y medio de voluntario) puedo llamarlo hogar. Desde el primer día me sentí feliz, conectado con miradas auténticas de voluntarios y huéspedes que me revelaron historias que dejaron huella dentro de mi. NSH me permitió sanar, explorar, jugar y llorar emociones profundas. No me quiero ir, que lindo que puedo volver el próximo año. Gracias Eze por crear esta experiencia, por ponerle tanto corazón a este espacio y por permitirme ser parte de él. Surf your dreams ! Vivir y ya !

A fantastic place to volunteer! From the moment I arrived, I received a warm welcome. The team is incredibly friendly, and I was even able to further improve my Spanish. The house has nearly everything you need, and the kitchen is superbly equipped.
I can truly recommend this place to anyone – I felt incredibly comfortable and would return without hesitation. A huge thank you to Ezequiel, who was always available and genuinely cared about our well-being.

This was my second time in North Surf House and it was just as good as the first if not better! I’ve now done many volunteer experiences in Spain and what sets this place apart is the excellent organisation, clear expectations from the volunteers, and the close bonds that we form amongst the team. Ezequiel’s passion for the project is evident in that he’s always looking for ways to improve the hostel and ensure that we have a positive experience. Thank you!
