Mountain View Cabins

Our biggest Plus has to be our amazing location! We are between Yoho National Park and Glacier National Park with 3 more stunning National Parks nearby. After work or on days off you can visit some fantastic, and famous, sights such as Banff, Lake Louise, Moraine Lake, Emerald Lake or a host of other beautiful spots.

We are currently looking for staff (you can check available dates on the calendar). We prefer a minimum of 3 weeks. Note that a work visa is required even to volunteer. The cabins have been open since June, 2014. We've been working with volunteers since before we opened and they have been an invaluable part of our progress and development. There are so many hidden talents with our volunteers! Some have made artistic signs for the cabins and around the property; others have put in shelves for storage or made chairs and benches; we've even had plumbers who got running water out to the outdoor kitchen! In the off-season there are normally only 3 or 4 volunteers at a time but in the peak season (mid-June to mid-September) we will have 7 or 8 volunteers. Depending on the season, staff are accommodated in regular guest cabins (off season); the staff cabin; a "bunkie"; or a large "cabin" tent. Lots of fun and lots of opportunities to meet amazing people from all over the world. We provide the food (3 meals a day) and staff take turns cooking dinner. You would be amazed at some of the great meals that they prepare. Our staff are all young international travelers from all over. We have hosted staff from over a dozen different countries.
