While the topics explained in the course mostly were rather basic, it still helped me feel more confident to have this kind of guide for interactions with custumers. Apart from that there also was interesting advice like mimicing the behaviour of the host when you are not sure if a more casual or professional attitude is appropriate.

It doesn't matter how much you know about something or how experienced you are in any field; there's always room for improvement. These tips are as basic as they get, but surely an everlasting classic on exceptional Customer Service. I found it very interesting to mimic the tone of the Host with their clients, and going through that learning phase in the first few days.
