This course was very informative. Gives you Ideas of exploring the local area so you can give better advice for things they can do near by. She also give you advice of how to handle situations you don't know the answer to so guest can still feel cared for and reassured you'll still get the their questions answered. Definitely a very useful video of good tips to better customer service skill in the hostel environment which I loved all her approachs to different situations.
