The videos were helpful and a good reminder how to act when working in customer service. I‘ve been working in that field for some time now so everything she talked about seemed pretty logical for me, but if you’ve never worked in customer service it’s very useful.
I really appreciate how available and invested world packers is for us and I can’t wait to get started on my journey!

Researching the opportunities that worldpackers can offer me, I found this video that taught me what I need to do a good job, giving points on what to do and what to avoid, and giving examples of what can happen. I really enjoyed it.
