O conteúdo é importantíssimo, a Meagan foi muito amável ao nos orientar como sermos profissionais trabalhando com o atendimento ao cliente e aproveitando esse momento para fazer amigos e novas conexões. Os exemplos do bom e mau atendimento foram muito válidos para demonstrar como ser um bom worldpacker vai ser positivo para todos os envolvidos, ou seja, o próprio voluntário, os hóspedes, o anfitrião e seu negócio.
