I enjoyed it. I have actually read the book NVC, and participated in an in-person course several years ago. It was a good summary of all the concepts.

The course “Non-violent communication: resolving conflicts” was a transformative experience. I learned the importance of listening with empathy, expressing feelings clearly, and seeking solutions peacefully and respectfully. The explanations are simple, direct, and applicable both in travel and in personal life.
I recommend it to everyone who wants to improve their relationships, strengthen teamwork, and communicate in a more conscious and human way. 🌿💬

The course gives you a basic overview on how to handle conflict situations. I think it's very compact and lists the most important points about how to solve a conflict in a non-violent, empathic, and productive way. I think this should be common knowledge to everyone. Would make the world a better and more loveable place :)
