Acredito na " Comunicaçao nao violenta" como solução para conflitos em todos os niveis, desde a familia, escola, trabalho, organizações sociais, politicas, etc, etc.
Para mim e um assunto amplo, por vezes dificil de ser aplicado em virtude de diferentes contextos/culturas e comportamentos individuais, mas que mereceria uma maior atenção de todos e com evitaria uma serie de desdobramentos mais deletrios nos relacionamentos.
