Non Violent Communications is actually very hard to explain. I have seen the Marshall Rosenberg videos on youtube and recommend them for more information. The worldpackers course summarizes some of the key points and also brings forth even more specific details that I have never thought of before when relating to people of other cultural backgrounds. I recommend this course highly.
