Já voluntariei em mais de 10 lugares diferentes, e garanto que se todos colocarem em prática essas técnicas, as experiências serão incríveis. Infelizmente nem todos os anfitriões praticam a comunicação não agressiva e as vezes não se comunicam claramente com o voluntário. Temos que ficar adivinhando. Adorei o conteúdo.
