Learning how to communicate with others is always something to be explored and a conversation that should be continued to be had. Even if one is comfortable with how they handle adversity and challenges, the reminders were clear and concise.

This course was definitely worth watching! It gave me a more complete understanding of non violent communication and I will keep it in mind even outside of the Worldpackers experience :)

This course is very important to have a very fair point of view about resolving conflicts.

I found it clear, easy and relevant. From all the courses I have done, this is my favourite. It encouraged me to keep learning about it and understand a little bit better cultural conflict that can arise. The terms "high context communication" and "low context communication" do explain a lot. Thank you for the book recommendation as well. ! I would like to recommend "the culture map" a book from Erin Meyer. It helped me a lot.
