The course has a great theoretical basis and information many people probably don't know about themselves or others, which can help them to do a much-necessary introspective analysis. However, it would have been great to have seen some small examples on how to deal with common communication issues or misunderstandings that may arise during the volunteering experiences. All in all, great course for everyone to do a little self-reflection and have the basis on how to communicate effectively.
