There are sooo many topics that got presented in just 18 minutes, and I'll enumerate a few that stuck to my mind: open communication, don't take it personal, give honest reviews - ties in with not taking it personal, high and low communication?? countries (its about whether people are more direct or indirect when exchanging information with one another), how important feedback is. There were plenty more, it's worth taking a few notes with what Caroline is sharing here!!

Non-violent communication is a really vital part of creating bonds, I am glad this course exists and was able to highlight key ways to resolve conflicts empathetic and compassionate language, patience and active listening skills. Super helpful.
