We’re looking for a friendly and proactive volunteer to join our team in Kandy🌞

Your main tasks will include helping at reception, organizing tours and activities, and supporting the daily flow of our lively hostel. It’s the perfect role for someone who loves meeting travelers, sharing local experiences, and keeping things running smoothly.

Como você ajuda

30 horas por semana

Tarefas Domésticas: Ajude a trocar roupas de camas e a manter um ambiente arrumado.

Turno da Noite: Ajude nas tarefas noturnas e garanta a tranquilidade dos hóspedes

Administração: Ajude nos sistemas de booking e pagamentos.

Recepção: Ajude recebendo e atendendo hóspedes.

Quarto da equipe: Você terá uma cama em um quarto compartilhado, ou seja, irá dividir o quarto com outras pessoas.

Entre 20 e 35 anos

You’ll be surrounded by guests from all over the world, in one of the most beautiful and cultural cities in Sri Lanka 🌺🏞️

You’ll be part of a welcoming team that loves creating unforgettable experiences for travelers.
Your help with reception duties, tour planning, guest interaction, and hostel events will make a real difference in keeping the good vibes flowing

We value volunteers who bring positive energy, good communication skills, and creativity to the team 🙌

Atividades & Turnos

-Reception and guest assistance
-Organizing and promoting tours and activities
-Helping with hostel events or social nights
-General support for daily operations

Around 30 hours per week
2 days off to explore, rest, or enjoy everything Kandy has to offer — temples, waterfalls, tea plantations, and nature all around 🍃
