Your main tasks will include helping at reception, organizing tours and activities, and supporting the daily flow of our lively hostel. It’s the perfect role for someone who loves meeting travelers, sharing local experiences, and keeping things running smoothly.

Que ofreces?

30 horas de ayuda por semana

Tareas Domésticas: Ayuda haciendo las camas y tareas domésticas.

Turno Nocturno: Ayuda con las tareas nocturnas y haz el lugar más relajante para todos.

Administración: Ayuda con el sistema de reservas y los pagos.

Recepción: Ayuda con los check-ins, check-outs y atiende a los huéspedes.

Lo que obtienes

2 dias libres por semana

Habitación del equipo: Tendrás una cama en un cuarto compartido con otras personas.

Descuentos en tours: Obtén descuentos en tours y excursiones de la ciudad.

Puedes usar libremente nuestra lavandería.: Hay un lugar especial donde se lava la ropa sin costo.

Tours gratis: Te llevamos a tours y paseos por la ciudad, GRATIS.

Traslado: Te buscaremos cuando llegues y te llevamos a nuestro lugar.

Utilice nuestra cocina equipada: Siéntete libre de usar nuestra cocina y preparar tu comida deliciosa.

Internet Básica: Internet de velocidad básica para trabajar remotamente

You’ll be surrounded by guests from all over the world, in one of the most beautiful and cultural cities in Sri Lanka 🌺🏞️

You’ll be part of a welcoming team that loves creating unforgettable experiences for travelers.
Your help with reception duties, tour planning, guest interaction, and hostel events will make a real difference in keeping the good vibes flowing

Around 30 hours per week
2 days off to explore, rest, or enjoy everything Kandy has to offer — temples, waterfalls, tea plantations, and nature all around 🍃
