I had an amazing time working at the bar. I was learning how to make cocktails and met people from all over the world. From the very beginning, the team involved me, which made me feel really welcome. The atmosphere in the hostel is warm and social, and every staff member was very kind and helpful. And especially the breakfasts were amazing! I've felt very comfortable since the first day:) I'm super grateful for the experience and would definitely recommend volunteering here:))

I love volunteering at the hostel I feel like a part of the family, all the staff are super nice and welcoming! The work is fun I got to learn how to make local cocktails. The facilities are great. The food is really good. The atmosphere is a really nice party vibe with lots of activities. I would stay longer if I had more time 🫶

The hostel es familia. El ambiente es increíble , tanto de voluntarios como staff. He estado tan a gusto que decidí alargar mi estadía más tiempo. Y es que una vez que estés aquí no vas a querer irte. El trabajo es ameno y nada pesado al ser 4 horas. Las instalaciones están muy bien, la comida muy rica y si trabajas remoto tienes una zona de coworking maravillosa 🥰 Gracias the hostel 🫶🏻🫶🏻

The hostel fue el escenario de mi primer voluntariado, y no pudo haber sido un mejor comienzo. Estoy profundamente agradecida por haberme abierto las puertas, acogerme con calidez, compartir su cultura y brindarme un lugar seguro donde sentirme en casa. Aunque no todo fue perfecto, cada experiencia me permitió crecer, aprender y conectar —con personas maravillosas y, sobre todo, conmigo misma. Me voy con el corazón lleno de gratitud, aprendizajes, recuerdos que guardaré por siempre y un lugar al cual siempre volver. ¡Gracias, the hostel!

I spent 3 weeks volunteering at the hostel in the hostel and had such a great time. The vibe is super lively and social—there's always something happening. What I appreciated most was the balance between volunteering and free time. I had plenty of opportunities to explore the city, relax, or just hang out with other volunteers and travelers. Liz the reception manager was amazing. The tasks were pretty straightforward and I enjoyed working alongside the reception team and having the opportunity to learn more Spanish.

Had a great time at the hostel working on the bar team. The staff and volunteers at the bar were really friendly and welcoming. My manager Margot was excellent and confirmed my schedule for the duration of my volunteering on arrival. The meals provided were good and the kitchen catered to a vegetarian diet. The hostel is in an excellent location. A great way to experience the hostel!

I loved volunteering at the hostel and it was exactly what I expected from this position. Rocío was very clear about my tasks and the schedule. I mostly worked during the hostel activities in the evening and during the day I had my creative freedom which was super important for me. The team is nice too and I made lots of friends among the other volunteers and staff. The hostel location is top too and I enjoyed exploring the hostel and meeting locals. Don't think twice when applying to this hostel, as you're going to stay even longer than you planned.

Aleksandr performed efficiently and met all the expectations of the position. He demonstrated great commitment, professionalism, and a positive attitude in each assigned task. He always showed great willingness and initiative to ensure the completion of tasks and maintained excellent communication and rapport with the entire Pariwana team. His support during these weeks helped us achieve greater reach and positioning on social media. We would definitely like to have him back on our team.

I spent two amazing weeks volunteering at the hostel and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed by both the staff and the guests. The work was rewarding, as I was able to help create a warm and friendly environment for travelers from all over the world. The team I worked with was supportive and fun, making every day a new adventure. Mi primer experiencia como voluntaria en un Hostel, y superó mis expectativas. el hostel es un lugar que siempre va a quedar en mi corazón, de las mejores experiencias de mi vida. Casa día fué enriquecedor, me llevo amigos, aprendizajes y mucha superación personal. El ambiente es muy amistoso, te tratan súper bien. Y para mí lo más importante, es que está muy bien preparado para los voluntarios en cada detalle. Son PROFESIONALES en cómo se manejan realmente. Cumplieron con todo lo acordado y mi actividad como voluntaria fué muy muy divertida. Volvería sin dudas al hostel , los extrañaré.
