I loved volunteering at the hostel and it was exactly what I expected from this position. Rocío was very clear about my tasks and the schedule. I mostly worked during the hostel activities in the evening and during the day I had my creative freedom which was super important for me. The team is nice too and I made lots of friends among the other volunteers and staff. The hostel location is top too and I enjoyed exploring the hostel and meeting locals. Don't think twice when applying to this hostel, as you're going to stay even longer than you planned.

Aleksandr performed efficiently and met all the expectations of the position. He demonstrated great commitment, professionalism, and a positive attitude in each assigned task. He always showed great willingness and initiative to ensure the completion of tasks and maintained excellent communication and rapport with the entire Pariwana team. I spent two amazing weeks volunteering at the hostel and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed by both the staff and the guests. The work was rewarding, as I was able to help create a warm and friendly environment for travelers from all over the world. The team I worked with was supportive and fun, making every day a new adventure. Mi primer experiencia como voluntaria en un Hostel, y superó mis expectativas. el hostel es un lugar que siempre va a quedar en mi corazón, de las mejores experiencias de mi vida. Casa día fué enriquecedor, me llevo amigos, aprendizajes y mucha superación personal. El ambiente es muy amistoso, te tratan súper bien. Y para mí lo más importante, es que está muy bien preparado para los voluntarios en cada detalle. Son PROFESIONALES en cómo se manejan realmente. Cumplieron con todo lo acordado y mi actividad como voluntaria fué muy muy divertida. Volvería sin dudas al hostel , los extrañaré.

Me gustó lo limpio que están todos los lugares, había mucha actividad para interactuar con la gente, la comida era increíble, la habitación era cómoda. La gente fue muy amable y siempre paciente conmigo. Trabajé en el área del bar, todos los compañeros me enseñaron todo lo que necesito saber sobre el trabajo y me ayudaron a practicar mi español. También aprendí nuevas habilidades en el trabajo. Somos como una gran familia. Gracias por todos!

Loved the time volunteering at the reception at the hostel in the hostel, it's a great hostel with a perfect location right next to the Kennedy Park and even without volunteering I would have probably booked my stay there. It was a good experience working with the team and I felt welcome from the first day that I got there. The relaxed working atmosphere , the great food you get and the volunteer discounts make this a guaranteed recommendation for me. Applying there was super easy and I got a quick response, especially for my first time volunteering anywhere I was very positively surprised

El staff del hostel fueron personas espectaculares. Me gustó trabajar en el bar y aprender sobre la gastronomía local, intercambiar culturas, pensamientos e ideas y trabajar con los diferentes miembros del área. Gracias a todos los chicos por enseñarme cada día nuevas cosas y por hacer el trabajo muy divertido. Desde mi llegada agradezco mucho a Alexia y Daniel por recibirme y por ayudarme durante toda mi estancia. Es un lugar con un gran potencial para seguir creciendo mucho, tiene una ubicación excelente, la comida es muy buena y las actividades son divertidas. Sin duda lo recomiendo!

The hostel is a whole world made of amazing people making their best to give the guests the best experience ever. I worked in the kitchen and the work was quite thought... but I got the possibility to learn a lot about local culture. Overall the experience was excellent.

Hostel bem organizado, limpo e confortável. As refeições cedidas são deliciosas. Lugar de super socialização. Os horários foram respeitados, mas senti que precisa de uma melhor distribuição das tarefas entre staff e voluntários (bar). No dia em que cheguei fui informada que já iria começar a trabalhar, e ao meu ver, não me parece justo já que chegamos cansados de viagem; isso foi pontuado, porém não sei se irá mudar, então sugiro que você como voluntário pergunte previamente para que consiga descansar pós viagem, tal qual teu horário de trabalho. No mais, é um lugar divertido para estar.
