The team at the hostel were great. I worked on the bar at breakfast from 9am-1pm each day with 1 day off per week which worked really well for me. Working with Adrian was great because he was so helpful and friendly, he made it fun and taught me what I needed to do with patience. I would highly recommend volunteering at the hostel because it's a well organised hostel with activities on each day, it's clean and a great place to stay!

Mi experiencia en el hostel fue realmente grata, lo recomiendo al 100%. Desde el primer momento Lucy en recepción fue muy amable y Alexia me hizo sentir bienvenida. En cocina las horas pasaban rápido gracias al buen ambiente con los 3 chefs; Diego, jefe de cocina, me explicó todo al iniciar y siempre me apoyó con buenos consejos. Me encantó que TODO el staff de todas las áreas son buena onda y transmite buena vibra. El hostel es céntrico, el lugar muy seguro con instalaciones limpias. La comida es deliciosa. Hay actividades diarias a las que puedes unirte en tu tiempo libre.

I loved volunteering at the hostel! All of the staff was super friendly and welcoming, and their volunteer program is very well done and organized. It's a great place to meet other travelers and form connections with other volunteers as well. Highly recommend!

Me despido del hostel con el corazón encogido. Voy a extrañar el tiempo aquí. Todo el equipo del hostel es divertido! Alexia siempre ayuda con todo. Yo trabajaba principalmente con Alan y Dominique. Ellos son personas increíbles con buen sentido de humor y mucha paciencia. Desde el primer momento me sentí cómodo y bienvenido. También aprendí muchas cosas en mi voluntariado por ejemplo como preparar varias tragos, las detalles para que sean perfectos y como organizar y mantener el bar perfecto. Los otros voluntarios ahora son amigos. Las habitaciones son bien cómodas y la comida es rica!

I loved my time at the hostel! I was assigned to work behind the bar which was my preferred option, and it was a great way to meet people and practice my Spanish! The bar staff were super friendly and it was always a good time, and the rest of the staff were super welcoming as well! The management was also super accomodating if anything came up (e.g. date changes, sickness etc.), so I can't recommend them enough if you want to learn something new or just have a great Peruvian experience!

Me sentí acogida desde que llegué. Todo el personal es amable y me sentí tan bien que decidí extender más tiempo. el hostel es sin duda un lugar maravilloso para estar. Ambiente acogedor, actividades diarias de interacción, habitaciones cómodas y con una excelente ubicación. Llevaré con cariño esta experiencia en mi corazón y en todos los que tuve el placer de compartir de momentos agradables y memorables.

La experiencia en el hostel fue otro nivel, compartí con gente de todo el mundo, me topé con personas de alma hermosa que me recordaron porque me gusta tanto viajar. Estuve en el área de cocina y los chicos de cocina me trataron súper bien, Diego Najib Alonso y David vivirán siempre en mi corazón💖 El principio fue duro, pero fue más duro irse, gracias por todo.

La experiencia en el hostel fue excelente, es un lugar con muy buena energía, el staff es muy amable y divertido, es bueno compartir con ellos y con los otros voluntarios, las actividades son sencillas, se puede aprender mucho ya sea en bar, cocina o actividades, el lugar tiene una excelente ubicación y muy buenas instalaciones, muchas gracias por todo.

It was a great experience. I intended to stay for three weeks, but ended up staying for over a month. They were always very kind to me. Alexia, the manager, is always available to help with any issues. I highly recommend the experience at the hostel. Meeting and sharing with other volunteers is incredible. Thank you for everything.
