My experience at the shelter was wonderful and very rewarding. The dogs were absolutely lovely and adorable and they really needed the volunteers care. If you're looking to make a real impact, the shelter in the place for you. Jazmin is super experienced and I learned a lot about what it takes to run a nonprofit and really make a difference in the world. The area is also quite beautiful and on your days off you can go explore the beach or the nearby island! Definitely recommend :)

I could no recommend the shelter more! The dogs are lovely, I really enjoyed taking care of them! Jazmin and her team are working really hard to take care of these dogs and provide them a better life so it was a truly meaningful experience. They were really welcoming as well and helpful with everything I needed!:) (plus the food we got was really good too!)

My time at the shelter was truly special! Jaz and the team do great work for the dogs and it's amazing to see how far the project has come in such a short time. There is so much potential here and it was amazing to be a part of. The dogs will steal your heart and there's so much to learn about their care.

This place was like my home in Thailand, I met with Ola which was the first volunteer of the place and she was in love with dogs and not long time later o fall in love with dogs as well. I miss them every second since I left the place. Thank you the great soul Jazz that taught me so many things in very short amount of time but I will definetely will be back in that place! Love Tuba

Tuba was extremely loving to all the dogs and spent a lot of time caring for their needs. She was always down to get involved with additional tasks including cleaning and painting and worked well with other volunteers. She’s an active person with a can do attitude. It was lovely having Tuba stay with us and we hope to meet again one day!

This was definitely an unforgettable experience. I enjoyed interacting with the dogs and learning about some of the issues affecting Thailand, particularly in relation to animal rights. Something of Note is the hours are longer than expected and there isn't much to do in the area. That being said it's still an amazing experience.

Hi Sophie, please could you explain the reason for not giving 5 stars?
We went above and beyond to accommodate you, spending our own money buying you a birthday cake and taking you out to dinner. We always took good care of you and never pushed beyond what was agreed. We’re highly disappointed you rated us lower than 5.

The work is 7.5 hours long and many of those hours you sit relaxing with dogs so I’m struggling to see how the hours are particularly long. You had a very negative member on the volunteer staying at the time you were here and I believe this is what has affected the rating which isn’t particularly fair.
