My time volunteering in the kindergarten was amazing! You can choose the age group you want to work with- there are 3-5 year old classes, and then a primary school which you can also choose to help at. My role was basically to assist with the class, helping guide students and run activities! My teacher Soni was amazing, she made me feel welcome and respected in the classroom! Suri is also great and easy to communicate with. The best part of this experience no doubt was the homestay with Dayu- she is so sweet, my Balinese “mom”, who welcomes you with open arms and always makes sure you're fed!

Dayu was the most kind and caring host. She was always smiling and took such pride in her cooking - which was always yummy! I was welcomed into her home and made to feel comfortable straight away. Suri was also very kind and answered all the questions I had about the school.

It was a gorgeous experience as a volunteer. At the kindergarten, I found lovely children who welcomed me with open arms. The teachers were very friendly. My homestay host, Dayu, is a maternal woman who always helps her guests. The vegan food was fresh, with generous portions

I had the best time! The kindergarten is beautiful, as well as all the teachers and the way the project are being taught! Everyone is very welcoming and the project are super cute! Dayu, the woman I lived with is amazing!! She's super lovely, always makes sure you're okay and cooks freshly every day! I'd definitely come back anytime, thank you for everything!!

This has been the most amazing experience for me! Even more than I imagined! I was able to learn and connect with the local balinese culture, the project and staff at the school are amazing and will always welcome you with a smile, Dayu is like a mom away from home and in general, you start to feel part of this beautiful community! Teacher Suri has done an amazing job at connecting locals with international travellers and I really hope I can come back one day! Thank you for this beautiful experience ❤️

I spent almost 2,5 weeks at this volunteer. It had an awesome experience. I visited both the kindergarten and the primary school, which was very interesting. A special thank you to teacher Suri and ibu Dayu. You feel so welcomed at ibu Dayu's house and she is almost always smiling with great energy. Teacher Suri also spent a lot of time with us volunteers to make sure that we have a good experience. I have so much gratitude for these women Definitely recommend this volunteer opportunity to anyone interested in teaching/ playing with children.

An incredible experience! We were able to connect with and understand their culture in the best possible way. They have a beautiful education project, and I am so happy to have been able to contribute. Additionally, we want to express our heartfelt thanks to Dayu, who welcomed us into her home with a smile all day long and prepared the best local food. A 10/10 experience!

Volunteering at this school was probably the most fulfilling experience of my life! It was great to see how passionate Suri and the other teachers are about the work they do. Dayu is such a lovely host! She cares for the volunteers like a mother. I loved all the food she made during my stay there. I am so grateful to Suri for giving me this opportunity. I would love to be back again some day!
