This experiance was truly amazing. It was my first worldpackers experiance and this was not what I expected. I felt very included while learning about balinese culture which I really enjoyed. Anggi and her lifestory is such an inspiration. She created a land of true peace in the middle of nature. Dont see this project as work. It is a great opportunity to learn about farming, balinese culture and yourself. For me it was a week of learning, reflecting and finding inner peace.

It was a wonderful week volunteering with Bhumishanti! I enjoyed helping with the transition to the new farm. Anggi is a wonderful host and really made sure my experience was positive. I learned a lot about gardening and chemical free permaculture. I especially loved being immersed in the culture of a local Balinese village! It was a special experience that I'll carry in my heart forever.

This experience at the Bhumi Shanti farm was amazing ! During my stay, I was able to enjoy farming, painting, relaxing in the nature, exchange with the locals and getting immerse deeply in the Balinese culture. Everyone was so kind, helpful and friendly. The work is very relax, you can choose your day off. Anggie and Nana were such incredible hosts in the farm. If you want to learn something, they will teach you. Working hard is not the main world of this farm, it's more like enjoying each other's company, give an hand to plant, watering the plant, feeding bunnies, etc. It's a land of peace.

Volunteering at the permaculture farm in Bali was unforgettable! Nana's hands-on approach taught me how to build essential farm features, while Anggie's creativity added a special touch to every task, from planting to harvesting. I spent 10 days with Anggie, Golda and Nana. I really enjoyed every day, every activity. They really take care of the volunteers. They are passionate about their project so spending time with them is rewarding. In addition to having the chance to do and learn different things, I met these three beautiful people and even had the opportunity to participate in Balinese ceremonies. These 10 days are passed very quickly and I will come back with pleasure!

Get ready to calm down, live slowly as a real Balines, deep into this beautiful and wild village, isolated from busy cities and full of warm and smiling people. Don't expect a hard work!
