Highly recommend! One of the first tasks is to take the cats out to the backyard for some fresh air. The main job is to handle check-ins, check-outs, and clean the vans that are going out for the day. The work hours are organized and always respected. The accommodation is shared, with a maximum of three people, which was not a problem at all. Jo is always concerned about the well being of the volunteers and is very attentive. One day, he even gave everyone a day off and lent us a van to visit the nearby towns. Thanks Jo :)

The experience itself was great, after your shift you can go to the city center by bus and enjoy Edinburgh, also you can enjoy long walks near the beach. The job is easy, Jo teaches you if you don't understand something and also encourages you with different tasks. The cats are amazing, each one has their own personality, they love to play and spend time with volunteers. Jo is kind, polite and takes cares of volunteers, he loves cooking so if you like it too you can share recipes and have team dinners :) also you can always have good conversations with him with a cup of tea or coffee.

The work hours were excellent—relaxed and low-stress. Joe ensured we had at least two days off each week and prevented us from overworking. He was very fair, and the housing was exceptional. You share a room with one or two other volunteers, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need. Overall really recommend, I also loved spending time with Tom and Jerry. I miss them already 🥹.

By volunteering in the camping I was able to practice my English and learn about cars. I discovered the lovely city of Edinburgh and interacted with the other volunteers in the place, walked on the fairytale streets, and cook together some dinners. Jo, the host was flexible about the days off and trusted me with the place. The place of accommodation is in front of two bus stop so you can get anywhere in the city very easily. Also, the beach is nearby so you can enjoy the sunset there. My favorite part was the cats, I will miss them! Thanks, Jo!

This has been one of the best experiences I've had as a volunteer. From the first day, Jo makes you feel welcome and the work with the vans is easy and quick to learn. It's very close to the city center, so you can take a bus right outside the house and be downtown in 20 minutes. I had a great time during my stay. We did things together, had barbecues, or ate together. On one occasion, Jo let another volunteer and me use a van to go to the Highlands, which was an absolutely incredible experience. Thank you so much for everything Jo. I hope to come back soon

Mi tiempo aquí fue una chimba, jo es una persona super chevere y muy amigable. me senti en confiaza y como en casa el tiempo que estuve aqui. nos presto una de las vans para salir a explorar escocia con otra voluntaria y fue una de las mejores experiencias . quede enamorada de jerry unos de los gatos de la casa. el trabajo esta bien por lo que recibes. en general me sentia comoda. la comida es a tu gusto, tienes tu espacio. la cocina es grande por si te gusta cocinar. definitivamente volveria. gracias por todo jo

Enjoyed my time in Edinburgh! Met lots of people traveling from around the world at the camping. I had a wonderful welcoming and overall it was a friendly atmosphere. Sleeping accommodation was perfect for our group of 3 volunteers and was allocated a generous food allowance. Work hours was spot on and respected. Host was generous enough to offer volunteers transportation to see the highlands as we had some slow days. Can't wait to come back one day!

En término generales el voluntariado fue bueno. Se cumplió con los horarios de trabajo e incluso en ocasiones se realizaron menos horas. En cuanto a la comida, se da un dinero semanal bastante generoso para que compres a tu gusto. Las instalaciones, la casa es bonita, tiene una buena cocina y equipada. Sin embargo, el espacio en la habitación es reducido, pues es compartida con otras voluntarias y de igual forma el baño. El anfitrión es algo complejo, es una buena persona. Sin embargo, la convivencia es algo difícil por sus cambiantes estados de ánimo y por los comentarios fuera de lugar.

I wrote you a very nice reference which was professional . I was kind to you . I dont know what you mean by comments or moods - it is suggesting things which were not true and perhaps you misread something . I think it very unfair to say such things
