I've always been drawn to the world of the camping, and this experience was amazing! The work was interesting and I learned a lot. The house is well located, with adorable cats, and the other volunteers felt like family from day one. There's plenty of time to explore Edinburgh — I only wish I could've stayed longer.

I had a wonderful volunteering experience here. Jo, the host, was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help. I learned a lot about van life and enjoyed being part of the team. One of the highlights was meeting amazing people, I made new friends for life! Carmen and Maria, who especially helped me a lot with my English. If there is something that can define this volunteering, it is the team work. It was an unforgettable experience that I'll always carry in my heart. I hope to see you again soon. Tom and Jerry are incredibly beautiful.I miss them already. Thank you for everything!

I spent WONDERFUL two weeks in the camping. Jo is an incredible person, respectful, fun and caring. He made me feel like home. I've learned a lot more than expected - work was sometimes challenging but always fun so I didn't really feel exhausted and had huge amount of time to explore Edinburgh. I really wish I colud stay longer. I've met so many amazing people that it was really hard for me to leave. This experience was extraordinary and I am so grateful for it. Jo was a friendly, respectful, and caring person. He became my friend, and I hope to meet him again soon. The work is easy, and Tom and Jerry are super cute and affectionate. Before applying, keep in mind that you will have to take care of the cats, so if you don't like that, this volunteering is not for you. Jo, thank you for everything. ☺️❤️

The work involved cleaning and organizing the camping, as well as interacting with other volunteers and the cats, Tom and Jerry ❤️, whom we took for morning walks. These activities helped develop practical skills such as teamwork, organization, and attention to detail, ensuring each van was in excellent condition for use. Living and working in Edinburgh was a culturally enriching experience. The city uniquely blends history and modernity, offering something new to discover every day. The diversity of people and the welcoming atmosphere made regional integration easier.

My experience was not as expected, although the work is as agreed Jo did not explain to us how to do it. Unfortunately I didn't feel comfortable in his house, I felt like I was bothering him. It would be interesting to improve his communication with the next volunteers

Sara that isn't quite honest is it . when you came you had a manager from Brasil - in your language train you so it cant be an excuse to say you were not shown . you were . You are not an honest person , we know that anyway. - taking food that isn't yours - messy - not cleaning after yourself . you need to work on looking outwards rather than just inwards

I want to thank you for the experience; overall, it was very good. The cats are super cute, although you have to be careful when taking them out because if one escapes, you have to run after it. I also want to acknowledge Jo's hard work and dedication—she is a very hardworking person. However, I felt that there was little communication with me, as she mostly communicated with my colleague. I would have liked to have more interaction with the campers since I was interested in learning about that area, but I didn't have many opportunities to do so.

I highly recommend this experience to everyone. First we started every day by taking Tom and Jerry to the garden for about 20 minutes, and then we went to work. The task were very varied, from cleaning the vans, attending customers, fixing dents, painting.. I especially recommend it to people who enjoy doing activities en group and living with others, as we all lived in an apartment together, and that's essential. I couldn't be more grateful for having the opportunity to live this experience. It has been very enriching , personally and professionally. Jo, thank you for everything!

I had a really great time here! We were really like a family, we cooked and ate together, talking about everything. Jo sometimes made healthy juice for us! He really cares about how the volunteers feel. And he is really generous! The work hours are never over 6 hours, I learned a lot from the work, for example, painting, repairing the car, even building the camper from scratch! And at home there is piano, violin and Ukulele, so if you like music, this place will be even much funnier for you. Some weekend we also ate out together!! I will miss the time here and would recommend you to come:)
