My first volunteering experience at the project center was excellent. The place has a very positive energy, the facilities are comfortable, and the atmosphere is calm and respectful. The work at the café is easy to learn, dynamic, and allows you to practice English. You can also join the project classes, which really enrich the experience. I'm especially grateful to Lorraine, Jemma, and Diego for their support and patience. I had a lot of fun and met wonderful people. I recommend it 100%!

It wasy first volunteer experience, and it was perfect. The place is really cozy and the job is not hard. You can learn a lot from the project and it's a great place to volunteer. Leicester is also a lovely city that has a lot of places and parks to visit. thanks Lorraine, Jemma and Diego for welcoming me and being such nice people. And also thanks my fellow volunteers, they are amazing. 10/10.

I want to thank Lorraine for giving me the opportunity to spend 4 weeks at the Center and enjoy my first volunteer experience with worlpackers. The work is very well organized, although it can be tiring because you are standing all the time. Jemma and Diego, the coordinators, are very friendly and they make your work a lot easier. Everyone is very kind. As for the volunteers, I have had the opportunity to meet interesting people from different countries and practice my English with all of them. Finally to say that being in the city center is very comfortable and you can walk anywhere.

My first experience as a volunteer, and it couldn't have been better! I went with the intention of practicing English, but I earned much more than that. In addition to practicing every day and at all times... I was able to learn a little about Buddhism and practice the project. Lorraine and Chador always ensuring that we were feeling good, in addition to the other residents and volunteers who are always kind. The work is tiring because it's on my feet for many hours, but nothing that hasn't been explained from the beginning. I really recommend it!

This was my second time here. Because after my first stay here, I wanted to go back here again. I had unforgettable memories and experiences while I was there. I will always remember Lorraine, shodor, and my roommates. The cafe is organized so no need to worry. It is my second home. Thank you all.

My experience was amazing! Lorraine, Shodor, and the residents were super friendly and patient with my English. The work was easy, well-divided among volunteers, and time flew by while chatting. Food was always available, which was perfect for me. The location is great, with no transport costs. If you want to improve your English, it's perfect, but for tourism, it may not be as exciting. I highly recommend it and already miss it!

My first volunteer experience was in Leicester. It was one of the best memories I had during my trip to England. The cafe is very organized so it is not difficult at all. You can also take the project classes while working there. It is very peaceful. Lorraine has a very good energy. It must be hard to meet new volunteers every month, but she always has a smile on her face. I think I will miss that place even when I volunteer somewhere else. I definitely want to go back someday. Thank you so much for the wonderful memories.

The expierence was amazing! I had a great time learning about other cultures through the other volunteers and gaining knowledge about coffee related tasks. The staff and the clients were really nice and always kind with the volunteers.
