A Experiência
We are a community based project in the slums of Kenya called Kibera Slums and we work with kids. We work to create a future for the kids in the slum by ensuring them love, education, food and sanitary towels for the girls. Help us manage the project social media accounts on all platforms, making posts and sharing them for publicity and marketing.

Volunteering at the community in Kenya through Worldpackers was life-changing. Abdul, Irene, Hawa, the teachers, cooks, and the entire team warmly welcomed me, making my stay unforgettable. The organization's dedication to uplifting the community is inspiring, and every moment spent helping with educational activities, daily tasks, or bonding with the children felt meaningful. When I chose to apply for the community's the community project, I didn't even imagine what I would find here. It has been the most beautiful experience of my life. Abdul is the man with the biggest heart I have ever met in my life. Always ready to take care of you, to think of your safety and well-being first. Every person who works in the community is a blessing from God. Abdul, Irene, Hawa, Lillo, Gaste each one of them has taught me a lot this month. the community welcomes you as if you were one of the family, I felt at home. I am infinitely grateful to them for this experience.

Ali, is like a big brother to those around him. He took excellent care of me and always prioritized my safety while I was volunteering. The kids and people in the community were incredibly friendly, making the experience even more special. Abdul also made sure I was well-fed, which I really appreciated. I gained a deep understanding of the local living conditions and culture, which was truly enriching. There were a variety of activities to get involved, keeping every day engaging and fulfilling. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a meaningful volunteering experience!

Coming to kenya was a great experience and i can highly recommend for everyone who wants to contribute and enjoy kenya's local culture. The social project Abdul runs helps a lot of people from different ages through a feeding program, mentorships and women advocacy projects. I could interact with the amazing local community to learn many different aspects of kenyan life style. All the people i met were super welcoming, helping in anything necessary. Thanks for everything!! til next time

First of all I'd like to thank Reza for inviting me to stay with him & get to know his ward. I am amazed by the work he has done in Lindi. From forest ranger defending wildlife to supporting and serving his community, whether it be the feeding project for the local school, the pad bank for girls or the success of the Darajani sports & sanitation project. Although the conditions are tough, the commitment the Gogo boys have to making their hood safe and inspired despite the challenges is really admirable. I had a really unforgettable time and hope to return and watch Gogo in the Premier League💪
