Candela, estuvo siempre pendiente de mí. De lo que necesitaba, como estaba, como llegar. Súper 100%, por desgracia por problemas de salud ya que el hotel esta inmeso en la naturaleza ay por problema asmáticos y de salud no pude completar mi estadía, pero fui comprendida. Gracias Candela. Recomendado si quieres vivir la experiencia de disfrutar la naturaleza, ver animalitos y estar a pie de playa.

The work on the farm is very physically demanding, but you only work two or three days a week and have other days off, which is really nice. Tom is really nice and everyone at the hostel was super nice to us too!

The host, Tom, is very kind and knowledgeable about his project and plants. Our main task was building natural steps and paths on a steep, muddy hill, which was challenging, especially with the daily rain. Being in good shape helps, as the work is physical and messy. Accommodation is basic, so bringing quality camping gear especially a waterproof tent is essential. While conditions were tough at times, the hostel manager was very kind and provided a tarp and mattresses to help make our stay more comfortable.

I was a volunteer at the farm for 2 weeks and it was an interesting experience ! We worked with Tom, the owner of the hostel. He's very kind and passionate about nature, so we got to learn a lot of new things (like superfood). The hostel and it's staff/volunteers were great, very welcoming and helpful. I really recommend this volunteering experience to people who enjoy nature, like camping, don't mind hard work in all conditions (rain/sun) and don't mind getting dirty. Advice: make sure your tent is waterproof !! Overall it was a good experience although the work is quite intense.

The experience was amazing! I stayed for four weeks with a friend, and we met so many nice people. Candela, the manger, is such a nice and helpful person, and really makes you feel comfortable in the work space. Puerto Viejo is also really nice and the hostel is located perfectly between the town and the Playa Cocles. The hostel is quite small, so it's possible that there are not many guests, but it's still nice to just chill around. The work is also really easy and the working hours are also really flexible. It was a great experience!!

I was at the hostel for 3-4 weeks with a friend of mine. We had such a good time and felt sooo comfortable there. The work was really easy and fair! Candela the manager is super nice and sweet and there for everything we needed! I also liked the location because it was very near the center and only a 15 minute walk to the big Cocles beach! I highly recommend going there to have a great time!

Estar en el hostel ha sido como estar sumergida en una burbuja de naturaleza, alejado del bullicio, pero a la vez con una ubicación increíble en el centro del pueblo. A los pocos días ya lo sentí un hogar. Gracias a Candela que lo hace todo fácil para que te adaptes bien al lugar y siempre está dispuesta a mejorarlo. Conecté mucho con el sitio, los otros voluntarios y huespedes. Gracias por esta experiencia. Sin duda volveré ❤️✨

Cande y Eddi son unos genios, te hacen sentir en tu casa, los horarios se cumplen y las tareas son sencillas, pasamos buenas noches de fogatas y diversión. Una experiencia inmejorable El lugar tiene una energía increíble, si querés conectar con la naturaleza es el lugar indicado.

Candela is an amazing person and chef and she will make everything for you to feel well. And she is trying her best to make the place better every day. I had a great time at the hostel, it's perfectly located. Muchas gracias

El hostel está muy bien ubicado, en frente de la playa. Cande y Eddier hacen todo para que nos sentimos en casa. Lo pasé muy bien la verdad. Las tareas son sencillas, pero siempre se puede encontrar algo para hacer y Cande está dispuesta para nuevas ideas y proyecto. Gracias por todo 💛
