A Experiência

We have a large country house set in 3 acres of land with a large swimming pond. We are in the process of creating a beautiful rural retreat for people to enjoy an escape in nature. We want to offer a space for reset and healing. We currently have 1 shepherd's hut that is rented out for short stays and are in the process of building the 2nd hut. We are in the process of relandscaping the land and setting up an organic vegetable garden.

Our time with Ffion, Ollie and the family was really great, we felt very comfortable immediately and were sad to leave. The tasks are well communicated so we knew what was expected each day, whether it was indoors vacuuming, washing, keeping the kitchen tidy, dinner each night or outside weeding or planting and more. We loved hanging out with Alffi and Betsi, they are wonderful and very cute. We had plenty to explore on our days off in the surrounding towns. We were lucky to enjoy the use of the sauna after guests and assist hosting and experiencing the retreats when space allowed. Thanks <3

We loved volunteering with this family! The kids are adorable and fun to hang out with, sometimes only while Ffi or Ollie were nearby with Betsie. We were very satisfied with the jobs we were doing. To see the before and after of our various jobs. The weed patch, the kitchen cleaning, the piles of laundry and the vacuuming of the upstairs renovation area. It was nice to be included into the family we enjoyed having a big kitchen with everything and more that we needed to make our dinners for all. It is a very big house and we had our room and lounge at one end that were very cosy.

Ffion and Ollie were such welcoming, gracious hosts, we really felt at home staying with them. Their two kids were very cute and always fun to play with. All the work was varied and the agreed hours were always respected, allowing us time to rest and explore the local area. We truly recommend a stay here and hopefully we will be back too!

Ffion and Ollie were very welcoming and were great to work with. They were like-minded, generous and so easy to get along with. There was always a variety of work with reasonable hours! We really adored their two children Alfie and Betsi! The property they have is so stunning and peaceful. We would highly recommend staying here, we would come back and stay again!

Staying with Ffi and Ollie was a dream! They are amazing and feel like family.They're very flexible with hours & tasks—there's always something to do, and the house is never boring.The location is incredible: it's the perfect place to disconnect from everything, yet there's a train station just a 20-minute walk away.You have access to multiple towns and cities, and travel from there is very affordable.Alfie and Betsy are the loveliest kids I've ever met, and Hati the dog, although a bit nervous, was absolutely adorable and respectful.This place is a MUST, and I'll definitely be coming back.

I cannot thank you, Ana and Sarthak enough for all the help you guys gave us during such a crucial 2 weeks for the business getting us retreat ready!! We would NEVER have managed everything without you and I will be forever grateful. You all worked so hard and really felt like family. THANK YOU.
