The hostel was an amazing base for traveling around the Yucatán. The work was fun and the coworkers so sweet! It's a chill vibe but also plenty of social events if you want to go out! Wish I could have stayed longer <3

Overall I really enjoyed my time at the hostel and I would've extended if I could've. All the staff and volunteers were so kind and welcoming. Felipe the host was really fun and flexible with work, as we would have different shifts every time to keep things new and exciting! Thank you to everyone for making this such a wonderful experience.

I had a wonderful experience at the hostel. The staff, management and volunteers were all awesome. The hostel itself is beautiful and spacious. The work is very fair and enjoyable, and you'll likely learn some new skills along the way! Muchas gracias por todo!

Volunteering the hostel was incredible, where I had the chance to meet amazing people, including locals, and immerse to the local culture, which it's what I love doing the most when travelling around the world. In addition, the team made me feel welcomed since the very beginning and the duties are like the ones described in the application, the hours are respected and there is also flexibility in schedules. Before coming here, I didn't know much about the city of Mérida, now, I feel like I would like to live here for a longer time, I loved it so much in here!

Me encanto hacer voluntariato aquí! Felipe y lo staff son muy disponibles, me ayudaron a pasarla bien y me permitieron disfrutar de los tour. El trabajo es muy sencillo y tranquilo, me encantó llevar los huéspedes a los cenotes! Pero habría preferido tener un poco más de instrucciones los primeros días de trabajo. El habitación de los voluntarios podría ser mejor.

I would put 4 stars if I could , the place is nice , in the heart of Merida , free tours , easy job, I had a good time and explored. Unfortunately I'll have to only put two stars because of the poor treatment I received by the managers of the place who were totally unfair to me. Another volunteer got asked to leave early because of the reception manager , who the manager of the hotel supports no matter what, even when he breaks rules. They were both abusive. The experience could've been great if it wasn't for them. Also the dorm is mixed genders, small and there is not a lot of food to eat.

The hostel was my first volunteering experience and my first home away from home. Felipe the manager is amazing. He collaborates with you to set up a work schedule that works for both parties. The staff and him are very kind and down to earth. Shout out to Alexis and Emma. Great work by them. Love them all. The experience was better then I could've imagined. The location is perfect for traveling on your day off. You can even go see somethings in the morning depending your schedule. Just a couple of blocks from the main plaza this is a perfect place to immerse yourself in the cities culture.

El hostel fue una experiencia hermosa! El hostel es super bonito, tiene una piscina muy grande, el patio es muy bonito. Lo mejor fue el staff con el que trabajé, los voluntarios con los que compartí y la gente que trabaja en el hostel. Me sentí bienvenida y en casa desde el primer momento. Recomiendo mucho el voluntariado. Gracias especialmente a Feli por la buena onda!!! Siempre pendiente de las necesidades de los voluntarios. Cochi te voy a extrañar 😻
