Es un lugar ideal si lo que buscas es una zona tranquila. Schio es pequeño pero está bien conectado con trenes para poder moverte a otras ciudades más grandes. El trabajo es super sencillo, tienes todo terminado en poco tiempo y tienes el resto del día libre desde el momento en el que terminas las tareas. Gigliola ha sido en todo momento muy agradable y te deja total libertad para organizarte como quieras. Incluso organizó un par de fiestas geniales. Muy recomendable! :)

Schio is the perfect place if you want to connect with the nature. The tasks are very simple and you have the rest of the day free from the time you finished them. Gigliola was very friendly and we had nice parties. I would recommend it to everyone who wants to live a new experience!!

Si estás buscando un lugar tranquilo en la naturaleza es el lugar ideal. No recomiendo si buscas sociabilizar mucho y fiesta. Schio es una ciudad chica y poco turística. Para mí fue una estadía perfecta, el trabajo es facil y tenés mucho tiempo libre para relajar y recorrer. Gigliola y su hija fueron muy amables. No tengo nada negativo para aportar, solo tener en cuenta que al menos cuando estuve yo la bicicleta estaba pinchada, hubiera sido muy útil poder usarla ya que estamos un poco lejos del centro y algunos lugares. Pero de todas formas estuvo todo genial! Recomendable

It was a great experience, just a little bit sad cause it wasn't the describe gardening work. Above that the tasks were manageable and all amazing. Gigola was an amazing host, and se made my first world packers amazing!

Gigliola is a very hard-working woman from whom you can learn many things and now I've a place for her in my heart❤️. The work is not complicated and is flexible in time as long as communication and respect flow! The city, where it is located has beautiful views of mountains so this small city is surrounded by nature. If you like hiking, it's perfect for you! but there is no good public transportation but despite everything I loved walking and traveling through northern Italy. Gigliola, Ellai, Francesco, Gianni and Carmella were so nice to teach me a lot about the Italian culture 🇮🇹, Thanks!

My experience in this volunteering was amazing and very interesting because I had the opportunity to work in a great place, with a very good environment and very welcoming people. Gigliola is a very nice lady and she always made us feel very confortable at her place. I would recommend this volunteering opportunity to everyone that would like to stay in a relaxed place. Schio is very beautiful and close to many different towns like Venice and Verona! 🤗

Questa è stata la mia prima esperienza come WorldPacker ed è stato incredibile. La signora Gigliola è ricettiva, amichevole, molto comunicativa, organizzata, attenta agli ospiti e ai volontari. Ha spiegato le attività molto bene e ha aiutato a realizzarle. L'the guest house è organizzato e le operazioni di pulizia sono facili. Ho potuto incontrare altre persone, condividere esperienze, conoscere la città di Schio, praticare l'italiano e anche divertirmi. Consiglio vivamente di vivere questa esperienza presso the guest house.

This program was lovely and very relaxed. I think we came at a time the host was quite busy, we did not see her often. The tasks were easy to complete but I do wish the communication was a bit better/ more organized. Overall, Schio is a beautiful spot and the living situation is great. I would recommend this trip, though having a car would have made it a lot more enjoyable.

My experience was excellent. Gigliola is an easygoing and fun person who hosted a barbecue and invited us for dinner sometimes. The tasks are quite simple and easy to perform. The town of Schio is small and peaceful, not much to do, but it's a great place to relax and allows you to easily explore other nearby cities by train. Thanks for everthing, Gigliola! I had a really good time there =)
