The hostel has a lot of common areas where you can stay and the work isn't hard to do, the hostel is a bit too big and there's a school inside so you have to go up and down stairs to do absolutely everything besides having students walking around there, not a big problem, but I wish I had known earlier. The hostel staff helps you with everything and always has an employee nearby if you need it. Overall it was a good experience :)

In a hostel very well located in the city of Zagreb, the amenities and spaces in the hostel are very good and there is always something to do. The permanent staff is usually serious but nothing personal, it is just a way of them and should not be taken personally. They complied with what was proposed, although sometimes we had to chase them with breakfast. The rest all perfect, they are nice people

I have a great time in Zagreb while volunteering at the hostel. The volunteers were really united and I made amazing friends. The location is great. There's always someone who can help you if you have any doubts.

Las instalaciones del hostel son agradables y limpias, algunos días con más trabajo que otros. Los domingos la encargada publicaba la planificación de los turnos semanales y siempre fue muy flexible si se pedía descanso en un día en específico, todo eso me permitía planear salidas a otras ciudades de la costa croata (aunque están un poco alejadas)

It's a good place to volunteer. working hours are great, you'll have plenty of time to explore the city and they always respect the working hours, the work is not very difficult, there is always an employee and the hostel to help u, it's a good place to do volunteer work.

It was a great experience, especially to discover other people, different landscapes, foreign culture and the value of the work. People were really nice and welcoming. I think it's a great opportunity to be volunteer is this hostel , which is very clean and safe. Moreover, Zagreb is an attractive city.

My experience was amazing!!! The staff is super lovely!!! The hostel structure is great! Some days the work can be tough because there's a lot to do but I don't have nothing to complain about it! When I needed help because I got reaction from the vaccine the staff was always available to help me! Stef in special helped me so much! He is a great person! I hope I can come back to visit some day! Thank you so much for everything!

Thank you to everyone; the housekeeping staff, receptionists, and the other volunteers for such a lovely experience. The work was easy, straight forward, and well explained. The breakfast was so good and the bed was comfortable. Exploring on days off as well as after shifts was super fun and full of wonderful sights and information. Take the free walking tour! It is very informative and gives you a good base of info about Zagreb. Plitvice Lakes are also a great day off day trip and I would highly recommend it. I can't wait till I come back to work here again. Mahalo nui loa, Phil

Super!! The experience with the group is very positive. I really always felt calm here. The bedroom they gave me is very comfortable. The people of the hostel always helped me when I had any questions and also always talked about interesting things. I have never had problems here. I am very grateful to the hostel for their good vibes (:
