Gostei bastante da experiência! As meninas que trabalham no hostel são super responsáveis e aplicadas no trabalho que fazem. O hostel é bem grande, tem quatro andares sendo que um deles funciona como escola e não como hostel. A cidade é uma graça, na época do natal valeu muito conhecer o Christmas market e as delícias das padarias acessíveis em qualquer esquina. A prática do inglês depende do quanto vc se dedica pois voluntarios não fazem trabalho de recepção, somente de limpeza, então o contato com hóspedes, trabalhadores e croatas não é automático. Recomendo e voltaria a voluntariar lá!

It was a very good experience. The tasks were handled very well, they were simple, and the facilities were super comfortable. The team here is very friendly and attentive to your needs; you can always communicate. I also had the opportunity to meet some very nice people, and that made the experience even better. I'm very grateful.

This was my first time volunteering and it was a really nice experience. Everyone was kind and welcoming, the tasks were easy, and the working hours were always respected. I really enjoyed spending time with the other volunteers, we had a lot of fun together. The hostel is also close to the center which made it easy to explore the city.

The hostel is a wonderful place. If there was a 6/5 option, I would've picked it. All of the staff, from security, to housekeeping, to reception, are all extremely kind and devoted to making the hostel a safe and welcoming space. For word count purposes, I'll just say that as a first volunteering experience through Worldpackers, this hostel was an amazing experience. It was comfortable, I felt like I was part of something, and I made a ton of new friends in the awesome city of Zagreb. P.S. Zagreb is a remarkably walkable city and this hostel is located right in the city center!

Volunteering at the hostel in Zagreb has been one of the most beautiful and unforgettable experiences of my life. From the very first day, I felt truly welcomed, cared for, and part of a family. The staff always make you feel at home. What made this experience even more special were the amazing volunteers I met along the way. We shared countless laughs, deep conversations, and wonderful memories that I will carry with me forever. I leave Zagreb with a heart full of gratitude, knowing I have made friends for life and lived moments that I will never forget. ❤️

This was my first volunteering experience, and it was amazing. The team was very kind and warm, and I felt very comfortable. As this was my first volunteer experience I had a great time! From the beginning I felt nothing but welcomed and included by the whole team and the people I've met and worked with. Everyone was so nice at any time and that created a great atmosphere in the whole hostel. The work and schedule were easy to manage and I had a lot of free time to explore the city, which is easy because the hostel is located right at the center, so there are many different places you can visit by foot.
