Highly recommend! The Permanent staff are among the most down to earth people I have ever met. The work is very fair, straightforward and the facilities were very comfortable. Great location in the city. I can only think of good things to say about this place! Will miss my time here, thank you for having me!

My time a the hostel was good. The work wasn't too heavy and the team has some cool people. The location is central and I could walk to almost anywhere around the city and had access to public transportation. Would definitely recommend.

La experiencia en el hostel es para no perdersela. Las tareas a realizar son sencillas y hay suficiente tiempo para hacerlas sin andar corriendo de un lado para el otro, siempre respetando los horarios y los turnos. Las instalaciones son muy buenas y el equipo de trabajo muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudarte, tanto Dijana, Marko, Marilyn, Stef o Gina, hacen lo posible para que te sientas comodo y puedas cumplir con tus tareas. 100% recomendado.

The staff were very understanding even when I messed up terribly, made sure I learned the tasks and were very welcoming. Dijana was very friendly, even to a point that she talked to me in my native language a couple of times. My co volunteers were very friendly and welcoming aswell, and I enjoyed getting to know them and spending time together

The working hours were respected and the tasks were very easy. The team was very kind, and I felt very comfortable. I definitely recommend it! The hostel is located in a central area, which is perfect for visiting the city. Thanks to the staff and the volunteers I met, I had a great time at the hostel :)

It was a very good experience. The tasks were handled very well, they were simple, and the facilities were super comfortable. The team here is very friendly and attentive to your needs; you can always communicate. I also had the opportunity to meet some very nice people, and that made the experience even better. I'm very grateful.

This was my first time volunteering and it was a really nice experience. Everyone was kind and welcoming, the tasks were easy, and the working hours were always respected. I really enjoyed spending time with the other volunteers, we had a lot of fun together. The hostel is also close to the center which made it easy to explore the city.

The hostel is a wonderful place. If there was a 6/5 option, I would've picked it. All of the staff, from security, to housekeeping, to reception, are all extremely kind and devoted to making the hostel a safe and welcoming space. For word count purposes, I'll just say that as a first volunteering experience through Worldpackers, this hostel was an amazing experience. It was comfortable, I felt like I was part of something, and I made a ton of new friends in the awesome city of Zagreb. P.S. Zagreb is a remarkably walkable city and this hostel is located right in the city center!
