I had so much fun at the hostel! It's really big and there are lots of social activities you can organize or join as a volunteer. The staff is very friendly and we soon became friends. I felt respected and very welcomed!

Genial voluntariado en el hostel, acorde a lo planeado y aun así flexibles ante cualquier cambio o tema. Fue mi primer voluntariado, por lo que ahora la vara está alta. El staff super, nos llevamos muy bien, me recibieron genial. Muchas actividades en las qué participar. Practiqué mucho mi inglés y aprendí muchas cosas, desde preparar pizza hasta ayudar a que el Temazcal estuviera listo para los huéspedes. Hay muchos beneficios al ser voluntario! El desayuno y el café, uff riquísimos y la fiesta, ni se diga!!!

The hostel was my first volunteer experience, and it was absolutely incredible! San Cris is one of my favorite places I've been and I miss the hostel already. The staff is amazing, the food was great, the work was as described and rarely felt like work, the volunteer group felt like a little family, and I made a lot of really great friends for life. I know I'll be coming back to the hostel in the future, gracias por todo!

My experience at the hostel was wonderful, I already miss the place and the team! The hours are as described, the hostel and volunteer room are so comfortable and well-maintained, the food is amazing, and the staff are the best!! I made great friends during my time there and San Cristobal has to be my favourite part of Mexico so far, which is saying a lot because I loved Mexico! Couldn't recommend more, determined to come back one day! <3

It's a great hostel to volunteer in San Cristobal! The staffs are awesome, guests are nice and the food is great. It's a big and very social hostel and there's lots of things going on and it's fun. I enjoyed the activities, the city is beautiful and the surrounding nature is wonderful.

Es una buena experiencia, es muy social y eso es bueno si buscas conectar y conocer personas. Respetan los horarios que te tocan solo que a veces cambiaban las actividades dependiendo si necesitan ayuda en otras áreas. Las personas del staff son súper amables y divertidas, hacen que te sientas incluido!

Wow, what a hostel! the hostel really is such a gem and one of the best hostels I've ever stayed at, and it was so lovely to volunteer here. I think the work hours are very fair and the staff always respected when it was the end of my shift. The shifts are organised very well and shared fairly between all the volunteers. The staff were so helpful and welcoming and fun! Work hardly even felt like work because everybody was so kind and lovely to spend time with. The hostel offers a lot (free breakfast and dinner plus daily activities) which made it super social! All my love and thanks!!

I have been traveling for 3 years now but I have never been a volunteer. I always had an idea. How to be a good person for this type of activity, how to help and communicate with people and Yes I did it for five stars. I was praised by all the staff about the audience and people and tourists everyone liked that I made my efforts. I was really happy about it and lived the life of the hostel. I liked to do all the activities. There you need to be kind, sociable and smart, so I was able to get along with everyone. The work at the reception and the kitchen is not difficult. Even am newbie person.
