Buen lugar para conectar con gente de todo el mundo. Las tareas son sencillas housekeeping, limpieza de cocina, night shift (2 anteriores + baños), cena para 30 personas y salida de eventos (flamenco, plaza de toros...) Las horas son respetadas y el programa lo envía con anticipación (puede ser flexible si quieres visitar algún lugar). Si eres bueno en algo o tienes una idea de como ayudar habla si puedes cambiarlo como un turno: yoga, karaoke, sunset walk, jardineria. Puedes conocer Sevilla aun en tus días de trabajo. En tus días libres puedes hacer viajes cortos.

I had an amazing time!!! The hostel is super well located and full of international guests so it's very easy to make friends ◡̈ the tasks are easy and the working hours are always respected, plus, they actually take the time to teach you everything in the kindest way. If you have the chance volunteer here, do it! you won't regret ;) and Seville is so pretty! Thank you for the opportunity ✨✨

Absolutely amazing place! The staff are very welcoming. The hostel in the middle of centre. You meet a lot of people every day in the hostel. The tasks it s mostly cleaning but it's absolutely worth it, because in this place you make memories and friends for all life. Absolutely recommend and take this chance! Thanks for this place!

My days at Black Swan Sevilla exceeded my already high expectations and turned out to be the best decision I could have made for myself. I spent a month there, and I left wishing I could stay longer. A part of my heart will always belong to this place. I'm deeply grateful to Diego for the opportunity, the entire staff for their amazing support and warm welcome, and the team of volunteers for the companionship and unforgettable memories. The work schedule was respected, and everything was as described on the platform. I'll carry the experience in my heart with so much affection 🫶

Esta fue mi segunda vez como voluntaria. Las instalaciones y la limpieza son increíbles. Las tareas son fáciles de aprender y es posible conocer a mucha gente de diversos países. La primera experiencia fue maravillosa, por eso regresé. Diego es un excelente manager; sin embargo, la segunda vez, cuando el manager estaba de baja, sufrí acoso de un húesped y no me sentí segura con el trato del staff, creo que necesitan mejor formación para afrontar este tipo de situaciones. Incluso en baja, el gerente se puso en contacto preocupado por mi. Espero que esto se resuelva para futuros voluntarios.

I had a great experience at the hostel in Seville! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at home. The hostel has a friendly and social atmosphere, making it easy to meet people and make new friends. Seville itself is a beautiful city with amazing weather, vibrant culture, and incredibly positive people. You can truly breathe in the peaceful and good vibes everywhere you go. A big thanks to Diego for the opportunity,he is kind, attentive, and always makes sure that everything runs smoothly.

Pase 3 increíbles meses como voluntario en Black Swan y no podría estar mas agradecido por todas las experiencias y personas que conocí. Gracias a Diego por siempre ser muy amable y dispuesto a apoyarte y gracias a todo el equipo de recepción, al equipo de limpieza y voluntarios. Durante estos 3 meses mejore mucho mi nivel de ingles y conocí muchas personas con diferentes culturas que hicieron que fuera mejor mi experiencia.

Muy buen lugar! El ambiente es muy social y puedes conocer otros viajeros, también el equipo es genial todos son muy amables. Diego es un excelente mánager, el es muy respetuoso y comprensivo. Recomiendo el lugar completamente para aprender inglés y poder conocer la ciudad ya que está en una muy buena ubicación. Sin duda volvería

Black Swan was the perfect hostel for me as it was super social and fun with a lot going on, but not a party hostel. You basically get free dinner every night and the hostel has good facilities, a beautiful rooftop to relax and it's very centrally located. Everything is well organized, you're well instructed and always know what is expected of you. The tasks consist mainly of cleaning and housekeeping (with a couple more fun shifts like cooking dinner or taking guests to a flamenco show) which can be tiring but the amazing staff, city and vibe in the hostel definitely make it worth it!!
